@@k9dyn813 I don't necessarily have a routine. I just do what works for me. What definitely helped was cutting out fast food. I do allow myself a snack because... I love snacks lol but I eat them in moderation. And for the workouts I do them about 3-5 times a week depending how I feel. And drink a TON of water

@@k9dyn813 and yes I am on a diet. No fried food, less salt and butter, I always make sure there's a veggie somewhere on the plate. I also eat less red meat and mainly eat chicken or ground turkey.

@@k9dyn813 I also don't eat as much bread as I used to. Which was hard because I LOVE bread lol and I also added more fruit in my diet. It's basically just replacing the bad food with healthier food and getting more active. The weight will come off. But like Jo says you have to be consistent and don't quit... I almost quit a couple times but I'm looking at the bigger picture ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I hope my comments helped

just finished this workout it’s honestly so good i like how after the certain exercises that get u out of breath u follow it up with a calmer one to regain your breath instead of hard excerises layered on top of eachother

Last summer I was overweight so I decided that I will start doing at home workouts. I couldn't find workouts that I was enjoying until I found your channel. I started working out twice a day. In only three or two months I was able to lose about 20 pounds. Then when school started I stopped working out and gained 10 pounds. Now I am back again to lose those 20 pounds

Good morning, Fam!! -- I did this workout for the first time today. I really liked it even though I had to modify the footwork to accommodate my knees. -- Make the decision to change your life and then take action towards what you want. If you need to modify...do it, if you need to take breaks...take them!! Listen to your body and just keep moving in whatever way that you can. Thank you for your short yet effective workouts! I actually am in a way, new again. I used to follow your workout videos daily for about 1.5-2 years (helped me lose 100 pounds) before one day, I was barely able to stand from how swollen my legs became seemingly overnight. That swelling happened back in January, and it took me 6 months to get a diagnosis of Lymphedema. I have been working with a physical therapist for about a month now, and I have gotten to the point where I am able to do workouts like these, carefully of course with some modifications, to help myself become stronger and hopefully help my leg even more. I used to be a huge fan of your hour long workouts especially the HIIT ones! I hope to be able to do those again one day, but for now, thank you for your variety you offer. This video was the first workout video of any sort I've been able to do since January, and I'm excited to do more of yours and see more progress very soon. I'm so grateful, your energy also helps so much

I had a really bad day today, it was one awful thing after the other and I honestly didn’t even feel like doing any exercise. But I figured it might be helpful to move a bit and it’s so much easier to motivate myself to do 12 minutes than my usual 30-60 minutes. I’m so grateful you have workouts that can fit almost any mood or situation, and the best part is, I feel a little bit better thanks to this very short workout. It goes to show that a little can go a very long way❤

I have a pretty sedentary work day, working from home, but I take 15 minute breaks here and there, so I'm going to start doing this workout a couple times a day to get my step count up even when I have to sit at my desk! Thank you for sharing!

I think this workout has been my favorite this week so far because I just feel the positive energy even more and I loved how you balanced different workouts smoothly. Been avoiding workout after such a long break and I was scared I’d struggle to complete after all the progress I made 3 months ago BUT completed it and powered through and it was great. Holding myself accountable and starting easy and completing this series daily and then hopefully back to the longer more challenging workouts 🙏🏽

Thank you so much for these videos. I discovered them when I started to realize that I am too heavy for my height and age so I start first with the low impact exercise videos you have because it is so easy and not as strenuous as others. I will continue to follow your routine (low impact) until I get comfortable doing the HIIT.

I will do this starting on monday ( 04/12/2023 ) until christmas 21 day..hope i get the target weight that i want..my weight now is 62kg ( 137lbs ) and my target is 55kg ( 122lbs )..remind me for the update🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏻 And Wish Me luck🤗

🥺I tried to be consistent with trampoline workouts but no real results in weight and inches (only love handles and better tight skin) after 4 months of doing it 2-3 times a week. I'm trying to lose 5 to 10 kgs, from 65 kgs to 60 kgs - 55 kgs ideally! ( 5 kgs = 11 lbs ; 10kgs = 22 lbs) Thank you so much for this workout! Dripping in sweat afterwards, though I found it so easy and fun to follow, it's impressive! I'm going to try Jo's workouts exclusively since there are so many good comments and weight loss results! ✨

Ideaal als je niet veel tijd hebt maar een paar keer per week en je ziet echt resultaten. Ik voel me ook fitter en happier. De 20 minuten workouts doe ik een paar keer per week en deze korte als ik even weinig tijd heb. Want je hebt altijd wel een paar minuten over om dit te doen . Thanks Jo !

We got this 🤘🏽💪🏽 thanks for the content, only fitness YT I found that I can stick with. I was working out through my pregnancy with you in the beginning but I’m 7wks postpartum and back at it again 🎉

Love these 12 minute workouts. Although I will say this one wasn’t knee friendly as stated. The jumping hurts injured knees so I had to modify all of those but I still enjoyed the workout.
