I love your video. I do some of these and also in November I give a gift card to a local bakery and say " enjoy a loaf of bread on me this Thanksgiving. I will be thinking of you as I break bread on this Thanksgiving day. I am thankful for you."
I love these ideas! I am not into "buying leads" so using my extensive sphere of influence is a much better idea with a monthly "touch point" that is a positive way to remember the people you already know.
Thanks Jim 🏡04:56 Give Girl Scout cookies in March, seed packets in April, Cinco de Mayo gift bags in May, summer-themed gifts in June, branded beach towels or oranges in June, small flags or patriotic shirts in July, and back-to-school themed gifts in August to stay top of mind with real estate clients.
I recently had a used book collection for a local historic preservation site. I delivered and mailed flyers with a handwritten note to my farm, nearby neighborhood and sphere. I was able to strengthen relationships in my farm and sphere and meet new neighbors as well. Total cost was less than $50 to touch 350 households. Thanks for all the ideas, Jimmy!
