I live in Mt Pleasant MI and our winters are roughly around 3 to 4 months of no sunshine so it is hard to design a place that we only use a few months a year. We have a very small backyard and all of our friends and neighbors think our backyard should be in a magazine. We love our backyard pool but we are down to our last kid home and want to get rid of our above ground pool and do a very small in ground with a water fall or fountain. And a well needed covered place to spend time. We have all of these features you have mentioned. (that is why we host all the teenagers here) Time to move on to the adults! So great place but no entrance to it. I need to figure something out from the front to welcome to the backyard instead of having everyone walk thought the house.

We are 1st time homeowners in Riverside, CA and our backyard is in the emergency room and needs help! But we don't have the budget to give it life and revive it. No, we would design the space in 3D and provide a 2d scaled version that a contractor can use for the build. After the design is complete, I would be happy to have a zoom meeting where we discuss brands and material options that are available in your local area.

Hi. I'm about 30 minutes outside downtown New Orleans. I'm a single mom on almost an acre of old country property. I've been working hard trying to make our space into a desirable destination on a budget. I also homestead so we have chickens, a goat, dog and cat in the property. Love your videos. It is just being looked at how outdoor lighting is affecting bugs and birds so you might want to look at lighting that is good for them too. I think it is recommended that the lights point downward.
