Charcuterie, aka the super extra sosyal pulutan for the titos and titas, usually paired with red wine or champagne. I tried pairing it with beer and its absolutely not good :) But a beautifully arranged charcuterie platter regardless of its contents (if you are on a budget), is an instant crowd pleaser
