@@petersmith7577 can’t process fat very well it’s been a burden on my life I don’t recommend it, Plus it’s more vitamin efficiency. Looking forward to a revision. spoke to a doctor that is colleagues with my current surgeon and she did not recommend the surgery and is actually against it. Here in America. If you think you can manage a high protein diet with no treat yourself days then go for it. Expect ALOT of bowl movements.
