12 Skincare Tips i wish i knew earlier for a “PERFECT SKIN”  

I have added all these activities in my life and it really helps a lot.. After adding these activities there is a lot of difference in my skin.

I tested besan as a facial cleanser, but it gave me skin rash. Therefore, later, I switched to littleextraa riceberry face wash, and believe me, my skin has greatly improved from this and got healthier than how it was... pimple and spots diminished, blemishes reduced, open pores reduced a lot, and skin has become brighter and softer, and I am receiving compliments from friends these days.

These are the tips she gave...Thanks me later😛 1. STAY AWAY FROM SUNLIGHT ..USE SUNSCREEN WHICH ARE BROAD SPECTRUM 2.USE GENTLE CLEANSER,(cetaphil recommended) MOISTURIZER (cetaphil ) ,SUNSCREEN ( 3.AVOID HOT SHOWERS 4.U CAN USE PIMPLE PATCHES IF U HAVE PIMPLES.. 5.LIMIT JUNK FOOD 6.HAVE GREEN FOODS 7.HAVE GOOD AMOUNT OF SLEEP...CHANGE BED SHEETS AND CUSHION COVERS.. 9.LIMIT SALT AND SUGAR INTAKE.

From last 5-6 months i have been following a simple yet very effective skin care routine Morning- 1- wash your face in the morning (himalaya/cetaphil) 2- use toner ( I used minimalist's one) 3- put vitamin c serum (minimalist) 4- use hydronic serum (minimalist) 5- moisturizer(salicylic minimalist) 6- sunscreen (minimalist 50spf) Night- 1- wash face 2- toner 3- niacinamide (minimalist) 4- moisturizer I know it seems hectic to use so many products and steps but trust me you will get used to it within a week or two. Also i used all products of minimalist coz they are pocket friendly and also i have used other brands but minimalist was the best. And cost wise it might cost you a bit first but products go in a long run ... I used my whole first purchase for almost 3 months... These products and routine will do wonders to your skin trust me my skib became so glowy everybody around me said me litterally everybody... Trust me on this you can use some different brand but one must have a GOOD SKIN CARE ROUTINE... it will take some time 2-3 weeks depends on your skin ...definetly food and exercise plays its own role ... Go for this routine with good habits 😊

My skincare routine as a teenager- Morning : Face wash - cetaphill Tonar- rice water (homemade) Serum- plum vitamin c Moisturizer- dot and key Sunscream- dot and key vitamin c Night: Face wash- cetaphill Tonor- I use rose water and rice water in alternate manner 🫂💗

My Teenage skin care routine 😶:- = Morning • Using ice cubes then Korean Slap Therapy • Moisturizer - mamaearth aloe vera gel • Sunscreen - Aroma Magic Spf 30 = Night • Face Wash - Minimalist salicylic acid wash • Acne Treatment (recommended by doctor) • Night Pack - Plant Aloevera Gel Or Moisturizer - Emolene Cream when my skin is feeling dry

Hey shefali for cleanser i would like to add a suggestion. My dermatologist recommended me to use cetaphil gentle foaming cleanser in summers and monsoon,and gentle cleanser (without foam) in winter, specially foaming cleanser is good for acne prone and oily skin, the cleanser which you're using(without foam) doesn't help clean my skin completely as i use sunscreen and moisturizer, so i get blackheads and pimples but the foaming one works for me... So you can change your cleanser with a seasonal change. 👍

yes, i have added 2 litre water, soaked almond and Radiance serum from thrive co in my skin care routine to get naturally glowing skin. Its a combination of 4 different acids which makes my skin more bright. i found it good Skincare solution fo dry, dull and pale skin. it is worth tryimg.

I know cetaphil is a very popular brand. But an unpopular opinion is that the new cetaphil range containing niacinamide (which wasnt in the old series) has multiple- ie about 5-6 perfuming ingredients which cud serve as a potential irritant to skin. So it gave me breakouts and had to look for an alternative cleanser which i found last week the Simple soap free face cleanser . So what im meaning to convey is that the new cetaphil isnt exactly great for sensitive skin types. You can just search the ingredients and find out yourself. So sad that the cetaphil turned out this way. The old version didn’t have this many irritant ingredients !

Didi please make a proper Dry skin care routine for every day, I have a dry skin and acne prone so I have been trying to find out what skincare would suit be the best... And I am not so sure about my skin type as well, but I do think that my skin is dry and sensitive

I use Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser But Cetaphil moisturizer not working good on my skin it makes my skin more dull Or Sunscreen mujhe pta nahi hai ki kon achi hai meri skin pe So plz anybody suggested me something

Guys help me my skin is like almost good not bad at all just got 1-2 pimples from now n then like once a month ..... I don't apply anything like anything i don't even know the last time i applied cream on my face 💀it just gave me more pimples 📈 so i just wash my face with facewash dry it out n boom my skin care is over .... Suns cream r the worst they made my skin feels like a freaking road....like rough ... Idk wht to do ik creams n all r imp so can uh guys plz suggest me some stuff which i can use... So i don't get those 1-2 pimples 🤧

I bought cetaphil cleanser few months back and after like 2-3 uses my skin started breaking out so much! Idk why it didn't work for me... Now I use Ahaglow facewash which I got from a pharmacy.. it is foamy yet gentle on skin... My skin doesn't breakout at all now
