5:48 as a former nursing student, basically YES! Increasing Oxygen 9(O2) and expressing CO2. Low O2 (hypoxia) can cause symptoms similar to anxiety (increased heart rate, shortness of breath). Similarly High CO2 can make it hard to concentrate, make you tired, short of breath/rapid breathing. So deep breathing exercises like this one are PERFECT for both scenarios, as it helps to regulate and rebalance both of those levels (yes you need both in your body, just not too muchor too little 😊)

when you said you miss a day and you're not gonna do it anymore I hardcore related to this as its the first week of new year, and I'm trying to make myself a priority. I'm trying to take care of myself, and even though its hard, I'm going to keep trying

MAYA love this video! I heard though that brushing your teeth immediately after eating causes damage to your tooth enamel, especially if you’ve just eaten something acidic… not sure if any dentists or dental hygienists are here feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!

10k steps a day is much more than we actually need and was all just a marketing scheme. Anyway, 6k-8k has become the new target recommended these days 👍
