I watched about 10 of your videos preparing for my interview, used a lot of advises, asked the right questions, praised my last job, showed enthusiasm. Manager gave away, that I was not the most experienced one and lacked some qualifications, but I got the job anyway! I feel so grateful!

I’ve been dealing with the same issues over the years being in the final two and coming up short! Been that way most of my life always the one who misses out on the job I love doing! Such is life! Been rejected many times over from jobs to women and society!! In the end I will say this , God has bigger plans for me! These job rejections and rejections from women and society, means that I am meant for something far greater than this! My life to the world means so much more! Before my last breath , my true purpose will be revealed to me and to the world!
Thank You Don Georgevich for the helpful Training! The Company said no.... Then that no. Turn into a yes! Got The Dream Career. My Life Forever turned around. Able to be myself and just do what I’m Blessed to do. With a smile of Gratitude! Thank You for being that good Shepherd. Guiding all of us through these interview’s with masks on. Thank You Don!
Don, I have followed you for a while. I had a HUGE interview scheduled for this past Monday. I knew it would be a situational interview. What I didn't realize was there would be 4 people staring me down. I had been practicing, and practicing, and.... Towards the end of the interview, they asked me if I had questions. I did. The last question I asked them was: based on our discussion if they had any reservations about my fitness for the role (I got that tip from you). I think I caught them off guard. They finally answered and said: No. Overall, I feel like I had a successful interview process. One more thing, I had always hoped that somehow you would tell me what questions they would ask me. How crazy is that? What I realized from watching you is that they had to be my stories! My experiences! Thank you, Don!
(Jotting down for myself) *my greatest strength *understand their problems and why they're hiring you. -Show them how u can solve their problems and how you've tackled similar problems *make the interview about them and why you're interested in that/what excites you *ask them specific questions that shows that you understand what the company/role is and what their expectations are (I want the nob cuz I need the money VS this is what I do this is what I am and this is what I love doing) *mirror their body language and vocal tones to show them you are like them *be humble and honest Instead of "I dont know" say "i dont know ___but I've done something similar" Be clear on why you are leaving the job REMEMBER PAST EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS *Be clear on why you want to leave your job
Up against 17 year old hiring managers...I come to the table, turning 60, walking with a limp, and a million jobs of experiences ..find out the hiring managers were promoted, because family members worked in the same company...this, is hard...I'm already, on the outside, looking in...
Thank you so much for your advice I had my 2 interviews it went so well I received my offer letter the next day sure I must work now but thank you for your help
Hi Don. I have an interview today with my current employer. I'm seeking to grow in the company and get a supervision position. I been watching you videos and really helps to understand what direction I should go. Thank you very much.
I have an important interview coming up next week, set up after the phone interview. I also had one this past Friday, You have been very helpful. Thanks so much.

You are the best! I love that you are straight forward, giving tips that really matters. This is my second time using your advice and videos and getting a job building up a career. I also love that you don’t use annoying background songs. Thanks for what you do.
The last tip was the most important. That's amazing, I've never thought about it, but it seems very logical. Moreover, I remember that I said the wrong things exactly because of fo this reason.
Hi. Have used your tips and specifically why do you want to work here, why should we hire you and why did you leave last job. Didn’t get first job but read more of your other videos!! Felt confident and armed to sell myself. Interviewed 3/4/22. They contacted me 3/6/22. I got the job! Thank you so much!!
Really wanna appreciate you for your videos on Jobs interview preparations. It was my only true resource used for preparing. I was ramped up and pumped up to face the interviewers cos the videos helped me to identify the best in me that I needed to share with them. It worked like magic! I was soon called for the 2nd stage interview! Now I'm awaiting a decision on my performance, and hopeful of positive outcome. Thank you once again, and keep up the good work Don
I would like to thank you before my interview, cus you helped me not just to ace an interview but to speak better and have a better posture. I'm really thankful, if i get the job, i'll come back here to share!
Thank you so much for the valuable tips. I was about to cancel my interview scared of unkown conversation but you're tips are really very helpful. Much appreciated :)
Hi Don I'm excited I ordered for your comprehensive Job interview tools, 8 hours before my final interview and I got the job. (Only $47) I've been searching for 5 months now
The long vs short answers are dependant on what type of interview it is. I've had interviews where they wanted to talk for a literal half hour after each question. I've also had interviews that require answers in less than a minute.
Thank you for this help. I’m really struggling right now with the job search. I can’t seem to pass go after the first interview. I’d love a copy of your book.
Re: talk about them. It does make me think of a first date analogy. If a man only talks nonstop about himself and doesn’t ask about me. It makes me think he’s not interested in me, he’s interested and in himself. Of course he has to share enough to show he brings something to the table. And also one doesn’t want to feel like on a date that it’s 21 questions.
Wonderful I’m applying for a new job at several companies and hopefully will have some interview opportunities soon I’m excited to trying out the technique I am learning from your videos Thanks for sharing sir
How do you maintain such crease free shirts? Also, your videos are awesome, before my upcoming interview I’m feeling completely different and more confident and valuable. My CV and skills on paper are very strong but my attitude/vagueness has let me down so far in my interviews. I feel very different now after seeing how you see things.
hi Don, I really enjoyed this video. Great information. I have been struggling to get through interviews but this video helped me drill down into my past experiences to help me. THANK YOU!!!
I didnt take the job but I was offered the position to an interview that I felt I bombed and would never get a call back. They asked questions to things I was not prepared for. I felt they were questions that were a level or 2 above the position they listed so i pretty much spent half the interview telling them i don't know the answer. Apparently they liked me and I believe its because even though i didn't know. I asked questions to have them clarify what they wanted and that if I understood correctly I believe this is how I would solve the problem even though i lacked the schooling or experience to even know what the term they used was that was specific to the industry. Some questions even after I questioned them I still did not understand it enough to give them an answer.
Need to work, social security doesn't cover my debt, however social security disability, only allows a 20 hour work week...turning 60, and trying to overcome health ailments in the workforce...trying not to be a liability; but rather, an asset...
Why would I quit my job? I work for a great company it's close to home no long commute I walk to and from work everyday. I have nothing bad to say about my boss or the people I work with. I like the job! ✌
I always found the info that you gave out was similar to info that I read from a certain individual over 14 years ago ...even your early videos and go get em sales attitude was similar to a certain individual. Then it dawned on me .....you've been plowing through Tony Beshara interview books for your information all this time. Tony Beshara was the first person that dissected interviews, and told people to sell themselves, but his tactics were sometimes too strong for non sales people in interviews. But this is what people are using now.
I should have watched this video before my last interview some weeks ago.l am recent graduate in a different field and l was not expecting so many questions from the managers.
