There are like no injuries on this game, yet I started a player career with Blackburn, got injured for 5 weeks, accepted a bid to leave for Benfica in January and then came on as a sub for Blackburn in December after returning from injury I came on for a corner, went up for a header and got injured again, straight away, without even touching the ball This time it was 5 months, so when I finally came back from injury Benfica had already wrapped up the title and were in the Europa League semis So I worked my way into the starting XI and scored in the Europa final to win it against Real Madrid Hardly played all season

That 1st point... yes the transfers are updated but some player ratings are down already, and some young prospects no longer exist. People would need to prioritise which players they're content with having reduced ratings, and balance that out against players with increased ratings.

I never knew about putting the b squad in the training days and playing them first cheers mate👍🏻 might help my youth players get alot better its hard to put them in matches

They should ads sponsors into the game so if you play well or get reputation/rp in some system, you can unlock sponsor contracts where you can get a certain amount of money based on the sponsor and the xp you have and you can add it on your kit it would be realistic as you obviously has sponsors for teams now

Played the beta version but didn't try CM with an authentic team so didn't realise the customisation of the generic stadium was a thing for that mode too, thought it was just Create A Club. I like that they added this here too 🙂

Unpopular opinion: using sites like sofifa is cheating imo, you will always end up with the best players instead of having the occasional trash signing like in real life, no slating anyone who uses the sites but my personal preference is to use your own judgement instead of being handed players on a plate

I just hope that in a player career mode, if you play well enough, you will be called up for your national team if that team is in the game. I played with my player in Fifa 21 and got really highly rated and wasnt even called up. And I played as an icelandic player xD

Still a little difference with FIFA 21, the Career mode dashboard and notification design, the news animations when you sign players and when other clubs sign big players is pretty much the same as FIfA 21...

When playing a manager career do you enable European competition or disable? Because I'm using Tottenham and I have only played in the champions league just once at the first season . even after winning the league. I have played in 3 seasons now but I don't play in the champions league So I want to know if you enable or disable European competition... I wish you could choose to not have any manager modes and just play with all the tournaments in place. Currently you can only do one completion by itself. Also they should let you use a real manager.

How to play a very very very challenger career mode on fifa: (my English is not so good, so I'm sorry for the mistakes) 1 - choose the hardest negotiations mode. 2 - choose the ultimate difficult. 2.2 - set just 6 minutes per game, more than it will make you score too many gols (our concede too many goals) making your journey not so real. 3 - chose the worst team of the second division. the game will end only when you win the chanpions league with it. 4 - just buy 2 new players for season (don't disfigure the original team) 5 - just sell old players or bought players. never the young players of the original team. the goal here is to keep as much original players as possible. 6 - every time a player wants do go out to a better team, let him go. 7 - spend just 70% of your total budget. 8 - never NEVER simulate games. never. play every single one. 9 - Use only the balanced evolution of the players (when you select a specific type of evolution, the young players improve too fast) 10 - set the injury probably in setting menu to 65%, because injuries is a contant thing in real life, but have a injuried player is too rare in fifa. 11 - try to achieve all the goals (except goals that makes you sell original players or purchase players with no face or broke one of these rules) 12 - Never buy free players. NEVER. It makes thinks too easy. 13 - Never buy players with no real face and photo. 14 - read At least the headline of every single news before every game and take them into account on the narrative of the game. 15 - Decrease to 80 every single attribute of your players in the menu, except the GK attributes. 16 - Have a save of every season so that you can see the results of the others leagues. It's important to the next rule: 16.2 You can't purchase a first team player from a team that conquered more than you last seasons even if you have the money. 17 - Take into account the avaliation of a player in the menu before sub him off. try to Imagine a real scenario. 18 - IMPORTANT: Let only sub player go to training so that they can compete for the first team squad more fairly. It's too important when you have 80+ players. The 6+ overall given by trainings made them too good and unbalanced with the IA. 18.3 never play the training sessions, the A or B score will make your players too good. 19 - Play up to 6 seasons. After that, all the good players wil be players created by fifa and the magic ends. 20 - Check the contracts of your players all the time. Sometimes players improve their overral and have a crazy disproportional salary, don't let that happen, increase their salaries. 21 - Take the language of the players you are buying and give preference to players from the same as you or your team are. I've applied all these rules (except select the worst team of the second league, I didn't know how god is play the second division a couple of times before go to the first one) in my current career mode save. I'm in the 5/6 season and I've played almost 300 games (not simulating even the friendly matches) and I'm the leader of La Liga playing with Valladolid with 7 original players. Warning: the beginning of the process will make you want do to give up, but just keep pushing forward and you will have fun. I almost cried when I reached the semifinal stage with Valladolid following these rules.

I 1st installed game... I was able to play career mode... As we always have. There was other ai charachter i can interact with. All of sudden there not there... Just carreer mose / i olay only. What happened? I did sometging? I like to play and interact w ai characters (story mode) Is there story mode?

I haven’t played it yet but if they haven’t already done it then they should let you play as your made club in kickoff.

Gameplay wise it's the best Fifa I have played and most realistic. Unfortunately I'm having major resolution issues on the Series S and it gets so blurry during gameplay it hurts my eyes. I hope they fix this in a day 1 patch because it's ridiculous.

Great vid. Only disagreement would be to actually play Pre season due to new game mechanics … a back 3 or back 5 is borderline essential - throw in 2x CDM’s or 3 central midfielders - otherwise the CPU will walk thru you on ULTIMATE OR LEGENDARY difficulty

Fifa 22, PS4, manager career mode broken... You can contract with a national team once you reach that milestone, but never get to play it, team will not load past the squad selection screen.

Is anyone having this problem where the virtual pro status won’t change. When I start a career mode the player remains stuck on rotation or sporadic status despite my overall ratings. I have fed to go out on loan and come back for it to change. It sucks.

cheers VK for the info! hmmm, Create a Club not me cuppa of tea but I know some ppl will love it. I personally prefer if the kants at EA would add more clubs and divisions. Another league for England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France at least.

Can you turn off getting sacked this year?? I was 4 years into a manager mode with Southend United, got them all the way up to the premier league, and got sacked a day before a Man City matchup for paying a 88 overall player "too much". Restarted the session to the previous save, but the same thing happened every time. Ruined 4 "years" of hard work lol. I'm guessing if you set "financial" expectations to "low" you shouldn't get fired for that but...I guess you still could?? Bad, if so.

Yo I’m having a issue with saving my career mode. I had a 6 season long create a club career mode, and once I finished I created a new career mode and started playing. The next day I tried loading my previous career mode but it had reset to the first season. Neither the main save file or any auto save files had my 6 season progress on them. Does anyone know what happened and how to fix this?
