Hey sis, it’s rare for people to have h. Pylori so when I see someone who does it’s something I can relate to. The biggest advice I can give you is cut off bread and make your ginger tea from the actual ginger root. Drink it morning before you eat breakfast and before bed. Cut off sugar and lots of probiotics. Good luck and may Allah grant you sheefa!
Babe you can use mastic gum for H. Pylori. Please look it up, I think you might be able to find it in somali/Arab stores. It's called lubaan. I just chew some everyday until I notice a difference. A game changer fr, may Allah grant all those suffering w health issues shifaa

8:05 I think the best idea with the alarm is to set a melody, which starts calm and happy, but in 10-15 seconds turns into a very loud or aggressive one. And place it a lil bit far from the bed, so you will actually need to get up and run to the phone in order to prevent all your family from waking up 👀
Can you make a video about negative thoughts and anxiety? Ive been struggling with them for quite a long time even though I don’t really have anything to be worried about. But the feeling of overwhelmth and anxiety doesn’t leave me at all. I want to have clearer mind and positive energy but I’m just stuck with all of those above and can’t move on
