Part of his earnings comes from RU-vid ad money and if you are clicking around and not watching the complete video, then he isn't earnig ad money. There's a reason people don't post timestamps.

@@CindymeCindyThe biggest and most professional channels do though... If a channel doesn't have them or chapters, especially in certain niches, then I skip or leave even faster... Not only that, I won't bother subscribing or coming back to their channel. There's also lots of stats that say they can actually help retention and engagement and there's very clever ways to use them to push viewers to certain sections of the video and pursued RU-vid and Google to show those timestamps in search.

Im a successful entrepreneur. My friend wants to launch a business. We have talked for dozens of hours on how to launch, how to market, ingredients, sourcing, literally everything. We even used chatgpt to build out the idea, how to scale it, etc which has been really helpful. She has a full roadmap for success. She is desperate for money but she just cant go out there and set up a booth and sell. She cant do something so simple as make 10 products and sell them at the beach or other popular place. Basically she just doesnt want to put in the work to launch and grow. Some people are built for the hustle and some are not.

He's basically saying that he's not in the CPR teaching business. He's in the marketing business. This guy set up a CPR business, finds customers using Google and other marketing techniques, and then subcontracts out the business he receives to actual CPR instructiors. He's simply running a business You can do that with virtually any business. Plumbers, electricians, AC guys, anyone that wants to work but doesn't want to have to find and maintain business. Which in any business the hardest part is finding customers. doing the work is easy.

You can't do that with many businesses like plumbing unless you're licensed as well. You take on full liability for the work being done- since YOURE the one the customer is paying to do the work, regardless if you sub it out or not. Could you use google ads for plastic surgery, and just sub it out to a local dr? Don't think so...

My sister and her husband have an HVAC services business, and they haven't taken new customers in years, they're oversaturated with ongoing and repeat business. You call their phone number they don't even answer anymore, it goes to a 'We are no longer accepting new customers at this time' message. He's at the point he's tackling massive commercial jobs that are taking years at a time, one customer, entire years revenue in one job, then pickup all his residential service contracts, they're doing great. He's always wanted a helper but can never find anyone who's up to his standards, standards that are why he's so successful. I remember in the past his #1 business was coming in behind OTHER HVAC companies in the area and fixing all their half-assed shoddy installs.

Please stop whining and just run the business or not. I have a property maintenance business nationwide with one company and I make over $10,000 per month. I watch this to get other ideas. No one is going to give you chapter and verse of a business in RU-vid. Open the business and run it. You will learn what you like don’t like, ecetera. You may wish to continue the business or do something else. It’s your choice but I wouldn’t waste my time criticizing when I could be working or not. It’s your choice.

The lesson in this video is not the individual businesses themselves. The lesson is: with honest hardwork, focus and drive, you can succeed in any business, even if it is a nose picking business! But some people are here asking for sources, asking for timestamps and other ridiculous things. Even if you handed Apple or Nvidia to some people on a platter of gold with a silver spoon, they still wont take the initiative and still wont succeed!

He is giving other people's concepts with no reciepts to back it up. Anyone can make a RU-vid channel giving random ideas to start businesses lol. Not a proven concept, or attainable to everyone, without understanding the exact way it was achieved.

Sorry if that was confusing. They currently profit around $24k/month (almost $300k per year). They have a clear path to profiting $600k in coming years by adding more products to sell to their existing retailers.

Yeah very shady that he didn't link any of the people's original stories. BUT the story he was talking about there was for lawn services, so people only see those ads if they are searching for lawn services. Which means they are in need of them now. So his pricing is probably quite fair and he is probably a great salesman/personality as well. Meaning if he can capture their info from the click then they will either set an appointment with him because they are in desperate need of his services. OR he will reach out to them personally and convert them into a client that way. His services are very niche and a necessity type service. You will have much higher conversion for necessity services than simply fun things or unnecessary products.

@trendyviddy4009 well we are talking about the U.S. as the country for all these stories. State and city isn't going to change the demand for those services very much. Those services range from necessary to desperately needed. So conversion will always be high so long as the service provided is of good value and quality service.

I hate the idea of ads that are less than 100% effective, because I myself hate being bothered by bad/irrelevant ads. Get your adsense ad shit together google, you have all the data on everyone in the world, your targeting should make 90% plus success trivial. We need good ads or none at all.

Dumps generally charge by weight for general trash. They weigh you coming in and coming out, then charge for the difference.

As far as subs working on houses, the contractor is legally supposed to check that they have their own workman's comp insurance and it's the contractor that will get sued by homeowner for anything wrong or damaged.

Baking stuff and selling it? Really? What about the license you need, the food license, specifically in Florida. I have friends with a food cart, you wouldn't believe what licenses you need... Plus the caffees here in town bake their own stuff...

That is why the couple has to rent out a commissary kitchen. It works out very well because many cafes do not have a registered commercial kitchen to cook and sell their own food (yes some do but many do not).

Several local cafes in my area actually advertise they don't cook their stuff on site, they market it as it's delivered from someplace better. Example: they sell bagels, and we're in Missouri, not a bagel place, but THEIR bagels are made in NYC and sent to them, the best in the world! Cynical me just thinks oh, so they get stale bagels from a city than are days old, and that's a selling point? But that's just me, they sell out quick daily. We had a short lived bakery that didn't bake anything on site despite a full commercial kitchen. The coffee shop across town that makes their own pastries daily and are amazing, still open.

The problem is getting the customer to pay upfront. You never get the full scope of a job until you actually get to the client and take a look or give an estimate. IMO this channel is just spewing out big numbers and videos for views and adsense.

Thanks for the feedback Johnny. I love to hear how the channel is being received (good and bad). I have some other videos where I go through how I take pricing up front for my junk removal company. It’s not easy but customers love the transparency and being able to see a price before they book (obviously doesn’t work for every business). Also I don’t make up any numbers they all come directly from the companies I research. All the best, I appreciate you watching

I liked your pick of this variety of simple businesses to start up. I feel your delivery is perfect. You explain in an easy to grasp way, while others tend to talk too fast. One request is, please include a little more detail like mentioning the legal steps like ein#, bank account, business name, insurances, loans, if any, also set up time, word of mouth or other advertising ways, permits, etc., in order to operate these businesses. At least mention theses details in one video, if you can. Set up for something simple is something not much talked about. Thanks.
