@@farmboydiesel4569 sounds pretty tame whilst still being nice, I like it. I have a '98 with the 215hp pump that I kind of want to compound, but I don't want to lose any engine space. (Or throw tons of money into)
I’m about to maybe sell my stock 24v and buy a 1st gen 12v and want somthing quick what y’all think would be good for a fun truck about 400hp maybe 500hp
What’s your timing set at? It seems in the 20s. I had mine at 21* with my compounds but didn’t like how high the rpm was before they fully spooled. I dropped it down a couple degrees and it had a better bottom end spool but was only slightly slower top end.
@@natebetcha8059 it was making maxing out a 50psi gauge with the 62mm with the gate blocked off. I have the gate set to whatever the turbo comes factory right now still maxing out the gauge I’m gonna guess around 70 psi
