Zechariah Winders, Biggest thing is that the young people that play or prodigies, are too young to travel, don’t have the time, or they simply don’t have the money. The result of this is that they are stuck in the hell that is online.

I feel like I'm getting worse since everyone is getting godlike :(

I always suspected that there's a ton of people that's way better than PGR players but are unknown simply because they can't travel to tournaments or can't afford to or just won't commit to that lifestyle. But like a lot of players say characters play very different online.

Qeboflu the faq are you talking about, dude every game has a different delay there is no one type of lag. If you didn’t see the game mkleos movement was off (teching, spacing, movie time around thunder jolts, etc) and plus with that kinda lag it makes pictures have godlike frame data

i doubt it tbh, i just think the meta isnt as developed or the skill ceiling being lowered finally caught up. the smash doc talks about how in the early scene if you were in the know and saw a person who you didn't at least have some familiarity with, like you never saw there name on smash docs, saw a match from them or heard about them from another player, there was basically a 100% they were worse then you and you could beat them handily, which is why some just played against randoms for a quick buck knowing there was that little of a contest. if something like that was possible prior to the meta developing and more and more people getting better then this game must not be able to be compared.

Or their parents won't let them cause of; being around older people, need a chaperone, think it's a waste of time, not enough time to be there with the kid, etc.

HI42 this is just an inherent fact of life. There are many brilliant minds and geniuses that will never display their potential due to circumstances. In every sport there’s someone out there who’s capable of being #1 but they’ll never shine either because they’re in a 3rd world country or impoverished or as you said they just don’t try

I actually teach English to Spanish speakers as a second language. It's such a common mistake that I feel like that is the only thing I have been stressing for several weeks.
