Bro, I don't even need to finish watching your video to express my concerns. It seems like there might be a disconnect from reality when it comes to understanding the value of money. How can someone pay such an exorbitant amount, 120 million Birr, for a home that resembles a prison? It's difficult for me to comprehend. For that price, one should expect a spacious backyard and other amenities, not just massive walls. It seems like there might be issues with the architecture in Ethiopia, and that's something that needs improvement. Come down to reality, please. I can buy the best apartment in San Francisco with that price and make my money within one year. If you're asking for this much money, you should be offering more than just an economy, but I guarantee safety for the people who come to invest in the country. Ethiopia isn't even safe if I invest and buy this land or property. How do I know that in the next 10 years, you won't come and say, "Hey, you're not supposed to build a house on this land" or "You guys are all screwed you don’t understand $$$. Sorry, this has to be said.
