please post a link for the connector kit and crimp tool - this is something I need but know nothing about. also, what size pins do these fit on?

Weird clipping of the noise when mixed with the triangle wave - seems to clip only when the sawtooth is in the negative portion. Any chance the mixer itself is failing in the negative range?

I'd be interested to see the frequency domain on some of these.

I kept wonder in what application that I, personally, would find the sizzle to be pleasant. Then, I remembered that it sounds very much like the high-end sizzle on a high-hat cymbal. Not all of the generic crimpers do a good job, at all. Yours are the Iwiss brand, which is a known-to-be-okay non-OEM brand. But, they are no longer so cheap.

You could add a rotary switch to select different capacitors. :)

I'm curious if you added your capacitor after the noise source, or after the op-amp. I'm thinking that op-amp might be clipping to the rail if it's getting a direct coupled signal. But, a little knowledge is dangerous.
