This power amplifier yiroshi crown has 6x final transistor 2sc5200 2sa1943 per channel, it can deliver high output power. It is measured using oscilloscope with dummy load 8 ohm. and it can upgradable for final transistor. Stereo amplifier has output power about 1200W (600W + 600W) and it also can bridge amplifier for increasing output power performance.

Nice build! It seems to oscillate on peaks. Try adding a little LC buffering for the driver transistors.

The transistors should be soldered AFTER mounting - over time the stresses will cause problems. There is some serous problem in the driving of the lower half cycle that needs looking into. All credit to you for your effort.

Probably the upper half cycle, too. Only, we can't see it. The modulation is probably from the SMPS. Anyway, I wouldn't call that good quality. But, depending on the music you listen to, you may not be able to notice it. - - The transistors: maybe solder first one leg, the mount, then solder the other two.

Hi, I was seeing the project on the page elcircuit.com; I looked at the diagram and the resistors that go from the bottom are 47R 5W? or 470R? It seems to me that 470R is a very high value! on the site it says it is 470R 2W, but in the diagram it says 47R, and you in the video, what value did you put?

Fajny projekt, ale w ten sposób nie montuj tranzystorów do radiatora, lepiej montować na środku radiatora, wtedy jest lepsze odprowadzanie ciepła. U siebie do holtona na 5 parach tranzystorów użyłem trafa toroidalnego o mocy 1.5kVA.

Congratulations my friend, very nice job. Besides the amp that is very interesting, I noticed a power supply , I suppose is "switched-mode power supply ". Can you make available the power supply diagram and layouts? How many volts and ampers can it deliver? Using this power supply instead of linear ones, presented you any problems? Not sure but it looks like it’s clipping before it reaches maximum volume... is it because of the dummy load perhaps, as the speaker would oscillate in sync with the signal... or it’s just highs in the signal?!

Got a high frequency oscillation on the negative half cycle that you need to sort out. Loop stability problem I reckon.

Cool desgn! But isn't there a lot of heat produced by the hi wattage resistors? Wouldnt it be recomended to lift them off the PCB?

bro 1 question bro I make 14 transistor (1943,7 5200,7) +,two channel total 32 transistors but bro u said 1943 maximum Amps 16A then totally how much amps I can give to get 1500watts+1500watts super performance bro now I make 58/0/58 voltage 16A transformer I make ,it can handle around 3500watts ,bro need more amps or it OK,and I give 22000/100v cap/4, 15000/100v cap -4 is it correct bro

there is something seriously wrong with this amplifier, the carrier at 10:32 is really bad, this is can be one of many issues. - comparator circuit needs to be tested independently to determine asymmetrical output. - voltage control loop needs to adjusted, use a simulator. - the switching frequency is way to high. - the integrator is not differential, single ended and coupling in ground noise from the computer's sound card. good attempt but your designs might sound like they working but that waveform looks really bad and should be a cause of concern. EMI, random amplifier destruction.
