My wife bought me one for Christmas and I love using it. Its my favorite microscope out of the 4 that I have. I have two lab quality German made, and expensive, and the Celestron Flipview. I find the Koolertron the best one to look at things looking down at the specimen. The lab scopes are sometimes way to powerful. The Flipview is a piece of crap that its hard to reach the controls and make adjustments to the image. Then trying to focus and keep it still is impossible. The focus wheel is so tight that the entire scope moves when tweaking. I hate the thing! The Koolertron is perfect! It has the big 7" display that is clear as can be. It can be used either handheld, or the stand that comes with it. I normally use it on the stand. I can't think of anything bad to say about it. For the price and usability I give a huge thumbs-up on it. Its perfect for looking at things like coins, circuit boards, bugs, ect... I highly recommend. Then on the Flipview, forget it, its crap that cost almost twice as much as the Koolertron!
Just got one at a garage sale, @ 8:00 isn't it a glitch in the software? LCD brightness? & You're adjusting time??
Dude.. he is filming an LCD screen that will always show up bad on camera, otherwise you would have to expose and color correct and focus entirely on the LCD panel.
¿Do you recommend it then? ¿It is good for soldering with flux(you know that Flex fluid reflects the lighting of the magnifier)? Thanks for answering me.
I think the camera you are using to make this review shows the 7" screen with a bluish tint, but a good look while using it shows true colors. Thats the 1 i would like to get! Thank you
Hello. I bought this microscope. I inserted a micro SD card. What button do I need to press to capture a photo? (It is in photo mode, it is indicated that an SD card is inserted.)
using this microscope, how do I take pictures using a MacBook pro...do I need to purchase an additional usb cord so as to connect microscope to laptop...or can I even do that....have never used a micro card ....HELP
Someone posted above that the micro USB cable that comes with it is wired for "power only." So you need to get a proper micro USB cable, then plug it into the computer. You should be able to use it as a capture device, something like an external webcam. I'm not sure which programs do this on the Mac...maybe PhotoBooth? or try VLC Media Player in capture mode.
Very impressive. I am getting one of these as the price is good for what it is. I am just doing as a little hobby. I have a telescope to see into the vast of space so now I would like to see into the microscopic world. Brilliant video and makes me wanna get in sooner. Thank you.
Mustool is an importer spamming thier promotion videos everywhere, get the cheapest G1200 you can but beware if you need a battery as some come without but its unlikely you will need this feature unless your buying for a child, you can connect to a pc by throwing away the power only micro usb cable that come with the G1200 and using a proper micro usb data cable. Picture is amazing and perfect for solder work
Ap ne 10july 2018 ko 1 vedio downlod kte the how to connect led 220v (with calculation ) k nam se ap ne capacitor 146nf calculate kra ta hmare pass is ko calculat krne pe 172.77 ata he 1 bar is co sahi calculat krna btain ye kase aya he plz sir irequested
Of course NOT! This is a low powered microscope! If you look at the sharp end of a sewing needle you will see the tip, but nothing else. You need a lab microscope to see bacteria. If I zoom in on a fly's eyeballs I can see them, but if I want to see what makes up the eyeball, the internal guts, forget it. I use either of my expensive super high powered German made lab scopes, with a camera eyepiece in each. This scope is great for looking at objects like coins, bugs, plants, circuit boards, ect... but NOT for microbiology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some versions have no battery like mine but it does not really affect performance so..... I love mine and will use a battery pack if ever there is a power cut, ahh my solder iron will not work then so what use is it working when nothing else does ?
