Whilst watching this video at 280p on a 24hz monitor without my glasses on, I'm fully appreciating the detailed nuances in visual performance that the iPad Pro has offer.

As someone who owns the first gen iPad Pro 12.9", I can tell you there is a huge difference in person. It is beyond smooth. It is really hard to explain unless you use it and see for yourself. It is a game changer. All mobile devices should use it. It is insanely responsive.

even if they are filming at 10fps the 120hz display will be more smoother in the video cuz the images are refreshing 120 times in a sec which makes it more smoother than when they are just refreshing 60 times which is kinda blurry , but your right the difference is most noticeable in games idk why i commented reeeeee

Although YT doesn't support 120p video, the difference is still visible. At 120Hz, you can still clearly read letters while scrolling! Amazing.

I see that it still fighting with that really bad motion blur at 2:17 like the latest "Pro" iPads. The one reason I returned it. Sad to see it still existing to this day.

I got my iPad Pro a couple of months ago and still can’t tell the 120hz most of the time, for some reason it really bothers me. Like when I disable 120hz in setting app, I can tell. I just wish we could force it all the time kinda like pixel 90 hz

Thank you,thats what i ve been searchin a lot( im lag- fanatic,i see lag even when 95 percent dont see it)- i think Iphone with 120 khz will be more smooth because of the smaller scree( refreshment is always better on smaller screen- bigger screens need higher refreshments just like Tvs)- if someone is affraid of higher khz because of battery- everything is in optimisation and certanly Apple knows how to that plus i hope to see in settings- scale down to 90 or 60 khz( just like OnePlus can be set from 90 to 60)And ofcourse there can be only nore and more apps supporting 120

It's really not worth the upgrade if you have the old iPad Pro, but otherwise it's a pretty good investment considering the old Pro is still the best tablet on the market after 1 year in production.

VoloKin Project If you have the 9.7 I agree, but the screen differences (if that matters to you of course) are significant between the bigger ones. I have old and new right next to each other and they couldn't be more different. Needs to be experienced in person!

I was really considering it but it doesn't bring much to the table. I know that the iPad Pro is a response to the NotePRO 12.2, but the Tab S3 feels like a clone of the iPad. Having owned a million Samsung tabs, they don't get updates and lag like crazy after a short amount of time. Their phones are pretty damn great but I'm not a fan of their tablets anymore.

The real reason Apple made the new iPad Pro 120Hz is because the stylus is much more responsive. Including the Apple Pencil would have been great.

My iPhone 7 Plus in 2016 captures slo-mo in 1080p at *120 fps with playback 120 Hz.* But my iMac Pro 2018 plays videos 60 fps at 60 Hz lower than iPhone 7 Plus refresh rate.

That’s what I’m thinking. The main reason I haven’t bought the mini 6 yet is the lack of 120hz. I’m currently using my iPad Pro limited to 60hz (assessability > motion > Limit frame rate) and it’s not as bad as I was expecting I didn’t think I could get used to. If you’ve never used 120hz then the iPad mini 6 will be perfectly fine.

***** Yeah I know. But even with that feature. It's still going to use more than 60hz and as soon as it goes past 60, the device will use more power for those moments. And if you're an iPhone user. Like me. You'd rather not have the battery wasted in refresh rate when 60hz is pretty good already. Until they can clearly show they've improved battery life with a bigger battery, were screwed.

they need to improve the battery regardless. iPhones don't last anywhere near my galaxy s6 active ( i would say 50 percent or maybe even 45 ) of my battery life is what you guys get which is truly a stupid choice by Apple. And for what? so the phones can be a little thinner? I love ios and mac os and I am currently using mac os but for me, screen on time is extremely important and with my mom's iPhone 6s plus ( new ) we could barely get 3-3.5 hours of sot when I can easily get at least five to six with my s6 active. the poor battery life is and screen resolutions are what are keeping me away from iPhones.
