Attending the 120th Anniversary of Harley Davidson in Budapest was something I never really considered. Well, what's more, I never thought I was going to have a Harley Davidson, but you know that life is what happens while you make plans and in a few months, my life has changed.
And with four days with a Harley Davidson in the garage, I had a crazy desire to know if, really, these anniversaries that are celebrated every five years are so impressive.
And as the desire got the best of me, I made my adventure in the Swiss Grand Tour coincide in time with the Harley Davidson 120th Anniversary event in Budapest, which was held last June and in a break of only three days, I I traveled the 900 km to Budapest, spent there on Saturday the 24th and returned to Switzerland on Sunday. Another 900 kilometers that, surprisingly, were easier for me than the 900 one way (The heat is killer).
What can I say about the 120th Anniversary Harley Davidson?
Well, it's simply a REAL PASS. Thousands and thousands of people worshiping a brand, truly feeling it, it is something that can only be known by living it and yes, I have lived it and I have felt it and in four days I am more Harlista than the most established Harlistas.
Here I leave you a few glimpses of what it was like, both the trip to Budapest and how I spent it at the event that was, honestly AMAZING.
I am already counting the years, months and days until the 130th anniversary of Harley Davidson in Europe, wherever it is, I will be there.
