he didnt even struggle, strongman lifts with a regular bar looks more like breaking their spine but this tyre deadlift is just for show but not for records. i dont know what the hell your comment is trying to express
@@askeladden450 tyres dont have to be raised as much and the bar bends more. its much more similar to just lifting that weight a few inches off the floor as opposed to all the way up
Notice how in powerlifting and strongman, the lift begins at their shins. This lift begins almost above his knees, because the tires are so tall compared to powerlifting plates. Still insanely impressive and could probably do a 1k lb traditional deadlift
That's crazy, he looks like he is half of Eddie Halls size in body mass and the perfect form he used to lift that is amazing and not only that,he lifted it with ease.He could easily go heavier!!! That man is a mutant! Somebody paint him green and tell him his new name is The Hulk!!!
Doesn't most deadlifting start off lower to the ground? Tires put the bar at a higher starting point thus making it easier and do more weight. He should be standing on a block. The bar is only traveling about 6 to 8 inches
The Hummer Tire deadlift is an 18inch deadlift, meaning you start 18 inches off the ground. It's understood that it's easier than a traditional deadlift - nobody is trying to hide that. It's a specific lift not meant to be compared to a traditional deadlift.
Para los que tengan dudas. El peso completo es proporcional al peso muerto desde el momento en el que los neumáticos laterales dejan de tocar el suelo, hasta ese momento el peso se distribuye entre él y esos 2 puntos
I'll never lift that heavy, not if I had 200 years to train, but I'm small, skinny and stronger than I look. I might be able to approach him on power to weight ratio.
Even though this is an insane achievement it should not count as a world record as the range of motion is short as the tires set it higher than a traditional bar
