I have another question about the massager gun's charger it has been built with a monitoring circuit for changing and (full or not connected ) that based on LM358 ic with dual color led light , red light for charging and the full or not connected is green color. i need an explanation for this monitoring circuit please.

Mother Language = Punjabi National Language = Urdu Working language = Technical English Office Language = US English + British Engish Living in Jordan, so sorrounding and routine spoken language Arabic (Jordan native language) so it is tooooooo difficult to change myself now. but my viewers can tune up themselves to listen my "Cocktail Language" or i am sharing translations. so my viewers may read subtitles by pressing CC button on the screen
