Hi! Always enjoy your videos. You are very methodical with your troubleshooting and explanation, which helps myself and others learn. Would you mind providing a link on Mouser on the TEA2016AAT you’ve purchased and used? Would love to see you add the parts you use with possible links and equipment you use in future repair videos in the description. Great job! Thank you for your content. 👍🏻😃
You just have to get started. Buy some cheap electronics that you have an interest in and would enjoy working on. Do your best to repair it. You can record with your phone and use free editing software. Start small but START!
Nice video always look forward to new videos . I have been trying to fix a slim 160cr supply in which the output voltage goes to 13v and then the over voltage protection kicks in I guess and turns the power supply off . I replaced the DDA001ag the 16121a the dnp120ah the dap041 all optos q41 still it's doing the same thing . What controls the output voltages ? Can't figure this one out pls help 😅
Check the feedback circuit. Look for IC53(opto-isolator) and the reference IC that is connected. The reference IC will be either a TL431 or TL432. It's a small 3-pin smd component that will be connected to the cathode of the feedback opto-isolator.
Mega-Idea 20W Nano Iron 115 Series. Sold under various names. I got mine from AliExpress. I think Northridgefix also sells one branded for them. I have found mine quite handy with the knife tip.
