You should definetly do a video on Baus and show everyone how he manages to create so much pressure while going 0/10. Would be really interesting because you could use that knowledge in the midlane too.
@@alonnie1919 baus tactic works in any elo because he farms really well, kills picked off squishies and takes towers. Its not just split pressure. You can legit use this tactic at any elo. Being in high elo should make the tactic harder as less people should let him just take free objectives but in reality he just takes entire bases solo vs anyone. He puts in you lose lose scenarios. Heres an example you have to deal with a 0/10 sion. He has 200 farm and hull breaker. He starts channeling his ult at your base turrets. Do you A: Block his ult to save your base even though it kills you? B: Doge and let him crash and take your turret? If you picked scenario A hes killed you and hull breaker means he takes your tower quickly with just autos. You pick b and doge and maybe kill him. You just lost a good chunck of your base and now need to perma defend because as soon as he spawns hes doing it again. Slowly wittling away your base. No matter what you feel hopeless. Tldr: hes trick2g breaking bases and it works in any elo. Theoritcally should be worse the higher you go.
Watched Dzukill through Rueven's channel. Even though he was losing on Yone top that game, he was extremely chill, played as safe as possible (despite dying a lot) and still played to win. Great mental and seems like a guy worth paying attention to.
@@metropolitantransportation8192 idk about yasuo but playing yone in mid lane is just feels trash, short lane ranged enemies can poke you too much hes too squisy he has no dash except ultimate which means he is unvurnerable to ganks his ult cooldown is so big, he just doesnt fit in mid in my opinion.
@@mehmetabdullah250 u can close the gap easily with 3rd Q and E dash+movement speed and fleet is always good into hard poking match ups in term of ganks once u get enough attack speed u can get 3rd Q faster and dash away with it...
@@OutdoorBlues İf you are ganked that means most probably that you had no vision, so you have to react qucikly but, above diamond elo who is going to let you stack 2qs and q again? That is not gonna happen most of the times.
Yo drew id appreciate it if u started analyzing more toplaners man. There are soo many interesting players and strategies out there and im sure many ppl would love to see more toplane content
2:59 Dzu's wave targeted red minions so his wave will slow push to Baus, making him lose CS. He geniouly E and Q3 forward to get front minion aggros so that he doesn't have to burn his TP. It's the little details that differentiate him from the rest of yone/yasuo players.
He does has great mechanics but most yone players I see do that mechanic. Dobby and Skillcapped have been showing how to those kind of wave management for a while now
How is this even a thing , you get gold and xp nerfs to minions with smite unless you got more gold from jung camps, which I can't imagine Sion Roaming and doing early ? Is this some late game cheese ?
@@Acooky. 50% in a hardish champ is absurd. qiyana has 45% wr but she is absurdely strong and there are ppl that cant play her. Yone having 50% wr means he is overtuned
No dzukill says himself that his champions aren't suited for top, but he still manages to outplay hi enemies that's actually what makes him so respectable
I absolutely love the feel of Pyke, Rakan and Thresh (being the least smooth of all of them). It just feels so good and smooth to pull of plays with them.
greaves > 2 agi cloaks into triforce. triforce base dmg increase multiplies crit dmg. after triforce, 2nd item IE from one of the cloaks. you lose out on AS/MS of the early zeal, but he will be building it in the triforce. with the way yone/yassuo was changed alongside all of the items to accommodate each other, there are many potential ways to abuse them. Design flaws only last as long as they do because the meta is so heavily dictated by prejudices.
Yone toughest matchups top - warwick, riven, rengar, cassio, irelia, wukong, singed. Warwick has the q sustain and built-in damage reduction. Riven just plays for ability haste and then matches your mobility. Rengar is rengar. He has to build a lead early abusing his brush mechanics and easy stacking for empowered abilities. Cassio for same reasons as mid - mobility denial, strong dps. Irelia because if you can't 1-shot her, she's basically the definition of drain tank. Wukong due to ability to mind game around yone's mobility and return some of the favor. Singed because singed - build to not get 1-shot, give them the choice to chase and kill you but miss cs or to get cs and leave you be. Yone actually matches decently vs renekton because you can just play uber passive and q poke. If he goes for retaliation, you use your mobility to dodge out on his engage. His w gets denied by your soul unbound - denying him any of his normal trades and reducing him to long cd e+q poke trades as his only positive trade option aside from all-ins. If you're patient (you outscale) and don't get focused by enemy jungle, there's no reason you should lose.
@@alexstewart4077 If your jungler ganks for renekton, sure. If not, then no. You can't take extended trades or yone wins. Good yone can use spirit tether to avoid your e combo unless you full commit with double e. You can't short trade vs him properly because he can immune your cc. Shieldbow is probably the strongest opening item - definitely better than goredrinker for 1v1. Does that mean yone wins at all points of game? No. But he outscales 1v1 and can play as safely as he needs to until he gets to that point with minimal ability to individually punish unless you're gonna run double combat sums vs him.
YO TY FOR THE VIDEO CHIEF. Been missing fresh meat in the top lane and this pick is garbage. Can't wait to run through all the people who try this without the needed expertise xD
Hello man, i love your videos because you explain EVERYTHING. Im french and sometimes your talk a bit faster for my english (not good ahaha). I'm asking if you gonna add some subtiles on your videos ? Atleast in english, because it's easier to understand when i read. Thanks alot, and i hope you the best.
sometimes, yone's e could be useful for taking safely tower's plates. 11:08 as an example. Then, if you check his match history (dzukill) you will see he is rushing PD always as 2nd item vs tanky champs (sett, sion, ornn). at least it is my thought. Correct me if i did a mistake To sum up , that was a good explanation of dzukill's gameplay. Keep it up man
his autospacing is otherwordly, thats another reason hes so good. I myself got stomped by him once. His Autospacing respected all over high elo euw players (rangerzx rat etc.)
Interesting how I find this video just after watching a highlight video of Dzukill absolutely dismantling an Ekko who tried to assassinate him as he recalled
One of the strategies I use that I personally don’t see that often if at all is sett mid. I have nearly a 60 percent win rate in low plat with about 140 games played. I used to play him top but I just didn’t like the role that much so I started taking him mid into things like Diana, yasuo, yone, and even some mages. I don’t usually blind pick it unless we need ad or some frontline but probably one of my favorite picks to play mid.
Dude no, he always played them (yasuo and Yone) toplane. And they are borderline unplayable there. They get outstatted and outtraded by most picks. He's just THAT good.
Dzukill just knows all of his matchups.. toplaner IS all about matchups and wave managment, everyone Can climb diamond and more while otping any toplaners. I went master 200lp in s9 with cass top, i was playing a different game than other ppl, toplaner IS so braindead
I've played Graves and Lee Sin top and mid last season, but only in norms and plat elo because your team's mental instantly gets lowered when they see it as unorthodox and non meta... Now they get banned much more often but at least I can play them lane now. Hopefully people will learn the strength of Soraka jg.
Idk if it’s the same guy, but the Ezreal on the red team has the same name as a Brazilian challenger Aurelion sol player. Might be the same guy but I wonder what he’s doing on EUW
A few things to add : No you are not looking for solo kills early lane as yone / yas top, you are just trying to survive lmao. Also yas top sucks so hard to the point that he almost completely ditched him and picked up camille as his 2. Pick
smoothest champions IMO : ekko, jhin, lucian, zoe, vayne with items, sylas, yasuo, yone, viego, riven when played well. i probably forgot some they have added so much shit
While Baus’s Sion is enjoyable to watch, what makes Dzukill special in my opinion is his ability to play through Yone and Yasuo’s notoriously bad matchups with toplane bruisers that traditionally make top a nightmare. Hoping to see more of that in future videos!
I have just a little bit over 1000 games on Yone 60% mid 40% top started playing league a year ago and made it to plat the other day playing only Yone. Keep in mind that I had to learn league beacuse I had no idea what anything did and what any champs did. Yone is a fun champion and I think if you learn wave managment and tame your mental you can climb.
Well both Yasuo and Yone are fighters not assassins and they can go toe to toe with the Irelias, Fioras, Rivens, Gp’s and Darius but they also can deal with Gnar, Quin, Kennen, Jayce and Tank match ups are free farm for them due to sustain top works better for them than mid. On mid however they have easier time killing mages and assassins because they are from the fighter class. They are sort of bruisers that take a bit longer to scale similar to flora and Camille. Match ups that yasuo and Yone struggle on the top lane with are the Garens, Setss, Malphites and Renektons. When facing those match ups you will need the early life steal and you will give up some farm after level 3 until 6-7
