@@socialgelo7719 there are Many Jow Formulas to do everything from Heal injuries to facilitating various kinds of training ( iron palm, vest, Striking the makiwara ect) its a preparation that comes from a very specific branch of chinese medicine devoted to injury healing, know as DA KE or DIT DA. I was Trained in the complete method By my Taiwan Kung fu sifu. It is actually a complete System that meets ALL the needs of Kung fu practitioners- hence there are MANY formulas not only for healing trauma ( acute and chronic) but assisting formulas for meditation, spiritual advancement, flexibility. power ect. I have an online school that teach classes in how to use and understand the system. this is key as many people have a formula but dont know how to vary its use or make substitutions of herbs for various reasons..
