123benny4 No, the housing market in Canadian CITIES is out of control. Unfortunately for buyers, that is where most of the jobs are... Too much greed in the world. One solution: be prepared to make less money and move as far from major cities as you are comfortable with. Good luck.
It’s the same here in Oslo Norway, even if you get paid very well as most do, it’s almost impossible to get your own place if you don’t have rich parents or something that can help......the renting market is also out of control...

My dream house wd be huge timber with a glass back and side overlooking the river. It wd have a dock, a boathouse and tons of 60' trees. No neighbors looking in the windows. Thank God I live in Oregon! Forgot to mention the huge stone fireplaces.

lol yeah, nice house, but knowing there are hundreds of people in near by buildings that can watch everything I'm doing is a big turn off. I value privacy.
I love a townhouse home. And what i like about this home is that eventhough it has four floors, it has an elevator so when someone who's in a scooter, walker, wheelchair ect.. can have easy access around the house.
I grew up in the Yorkville area and know the house very well. It's a fair price for that area. Location - Location - Location. Hell, I was paying over $ 3500 for a one bedroom many years ago.

The house is stunning, but the elevator is wasted space along with the wine rack like do you really need a whole room dedicated to that seriously like that could’ve been a nursery.
@@cleric4265 Toronto property is so expensive, you could move to a suburb, but as all land is expensive, you're still looking at very small back gardens and very close to neighbours.

Beautiful home of course albeit the neighbours eyes. I don’t know if this is due to lighting & or an overall cloudy day but when a home is in all/mostly white, one must use the warmest white one can find & this white felt (to me) dull & cold.
There is a building behind the house. If you notice the real estate agent lowered the blinds on the back of the house to obstruct the view of that building.
This house has plenty of bedrooms and the details are beautiful however there is not a formal dining room and the lack of privacy is zero. And not garage. Who designs this houses. It doesn’t matter how luxurious it is but is not practical at all.
Is anyone else confused. The elevator showed 4 floors. Was the last bit the 4th floor? With a wine room on the floor with the laundry, at the farthest spot from the kitchen? I know laundry is dull, but do they expect you to get drunk to do it?
Completely overlooked, I know the housing market in Toronto is off the scale, but seriously more space is definitely needed, Hate that this home has no privacy at all,
I just realize that the house in California is not that expensive when I saw this video. Seriously if you buy a house in LA the house have 4 bedroom 4 car garage front yard, backyard and swimming pool
If they would have put this house in a better location it would have been awesome beautiful home but not for 6 mill but hey a good sucker probably most likely purchased it needs big everything and this home do not need that lift I mean elevator 😆! Other than that I really enjoy your vids
