Actually, the function he didn't explain is the PIR interval. That is, the time that is designated for the PIR to be reactivated after a photo or video is triggered. This is from what I understand at least. I put this number down as low as I can which is one second. This is in use, if the trigger time is .6 second, the PIR interval is 1 second and the next trigger takes .6 seconds, you have a total of 2.2 seconds between the first and second photo or video. That is, if the claims of the capabilities of the camera are correct. If you look at the 3 shot burst demonstrated at about 7:30, and consider a time of 3 * 2.2 = 6.6 seconds, it looks about right. Of course the PIR interval could start exactly after triggering but, it doesn't seem to work out like that in practice.

the camera is capable of 1080p but at 15fps the 720p option is at 30fps. enabling 720p will allow less blurred images captured in the video but at smaller resolution.

battery life is standard from my experience. Of course, it depends on the weather if you use alkaline batteries

Standard with most cameras is 8 months anymore, with this camera about 2 weeks lol, total failure
