I HONESTLY once thought everyone was all good. But when I learned that wasn't the case I wept that day. My little 14 year old cousin tried to console me . She told me people aren't all good. Can you believe that??? I was 18,she was 14,yet she was there having full awareness of that. While I'm there in tearful shock. I thought I'm good to them so they're going to be good to me. That was a painful lesson,I'll be honest. I felt like my soul was shattered. For a while I was disoriented,like I didn't know what's real( hope I'm making sense). But as I get older,my Virgo Sun is more active,and I've learned to set boundaries and be more critical. As well as more discerning.

Prices rising with 8th house sun Pluto in Scorpio. Every one projects their negative shame on me and family rejecting me scapegoating. It’s so heavy I feel like a martyr all the time it sucks. I am one of those people who believe in reincarnations,that many if not all have been here before. I don't know why I feel this ,but for years I have said to others I think this is my last time here.I don't know if it is just me or is this a Pisces rising thing. Maybe that is one of the reasons Pisces rising suffer so much, because this is their final trip.

I don't know if all the pisces rising characteristics that you've mentioned apply to me cause I'm a capricorn sun, so even if I have this big heart I have the mistrust of the capricorn (so I pass by an aloof and uncaring person). But the victim and the betrayed feel is always there.

referring to the part where you explain that pisces rising could face people who reject them/resent them from opening up those emotions. in my experience another pisces rising did this to me, we were both emotional about a lot of things and she would open up to me about most things that happen to her and she'll tell me things she said she'll never told anyone else but then suddenly she'll turn on me and talk behind my back (about things she also does, but she's a libra sun so she's better at covering it.) and it seemed like she resented me secretly. Was this case of two pisces bouncing off each other? mirroring both of their problems? I felt that we had so much in common and she judged me too severely because she saw herself in me. Sorry if this is confusing, I'm just sad about it and confused a little. Everything your saying is extremely true though, especially the part about when we come out of it and are stronger than ever.
