The USB cigarette lighter adapter is very handy to have. I use one too after seeing your video. Like the Aux battery set up with solar panel and power inverter 😎
@@ALNSMOVERLAND Hello, I will sure like to help. But at this moment, I am smaller channel than you with just 100 Subs. I sure look forward to coming together or maybe a collab in Near future. I am also passionate about vehicles and offorading.
Thanks so much Jordan for sharing your electrical setup. This is gonna be super helpful for us in the future once we start building up the inside of our rig. We really loved the clean design and how you wired everything up! Especially the right rear corner where you got the plug panel and the mole rack holding up your extra batteries and cords. Super convenient and we'll thought out. One of the best rear space build outs on an overland subaru. 👌
Thank you so much! That's the kind of comments I love to read 😁 Take all the ideas you want from it, it's what it's made for 👊 And good luck for your electrical system build 🙏
Awesome stuff mate! I have the same Anker usb charger in my car and its great, I also installed a dual battery system in my Forester at the end of last year... I'll have to make some more videos soon! Keep up the good work!
I once rented a Toyota Matrix that had a 120VAC power outlet on the dashboard. It worked nicely with the compact US/Canada/Japan style receptacle, but I don't know about 240v. Some of those receptacles are gigantic!
Thanks ! Well if you feel like you need more power, why not ! I went with the N/A version with long term and remote traveling in mind. No turbo = less problems ;)
Ah now my question from your window "blackening" answered itself, I didnt saw you mounted Molle brackets at the back windows, nice! Wanted to grab them too, but only found some for 700€ + delivery from the US, skipped that for now, haha. Also it seems they need to be screwed into the inner plastic lining.
Yes, the blacked out windows does the job! Especially on the right side which have red MOLLE pouch on it! The MOLLE racks are screwed in the plastic trim yes, but it doesn't move at all! Have you seen my video about it? You probably can get them cheaper in NL 😉
@@ALNSMOVERLAND Ah yes I saw that right after I wrote the earlier message, thank you for linking it! Looks really good and I found it for only 200€ per pair. I am still struggling with the idea of screwing it in, since I dont know if I want to upgrade from my SH Forester to a 2016 Diesel one or even a Isuzu single cab with a massive pop up camper on the back. Screwing in the plastic kinda screws the resell factor. But maybe I will change my mind in a few months, who knows
