If your 13 yr old child is not home by nightfall by and the parents or guardians have not called the police to report the child missing or endangered then by 4am that child is arrested for any type of crime let alone robbery and homicide the parents should be arrested as well .

I was raised on Nancy Rd (Now Swinnea Rd) back in the 70s. It was a Wonderful neighborhood and we all walked to school at Oakhaven Elementary and then Oakhaven High. It was a Great place to grow up. No violence, no crime and No Blacks!! Go figure!!
