Sir I am from Manipur, Imphal and I think your analysis is super important for us. Here, fresh violence will most likely occur again as one person was murdered near the Manipur Assam border just yesterday and people are vacated from villages. Our people have said that they receive help from the US to organize their war so that a separate state/nation is created and for the time being still in India, but when the chances come they will break off of India and form a different nation. They are Christians and so they receive tons of help from Christian missionaries from around the world, from drug operations etc. The future of Manipur looks very dark and we the Meitei Hindus are the ones suffering the most with no help. So I think that your analysis is very relatable for our state at least.
