Buddha and others recognized the impersonal cognizing emptiness that is beyond words and thoughts and space and time. This recognition is always present and always available here and now. All is THAT.

That pointer 'Watch the mind and see how it operates' is so simple and so spot on, one really does not need any other pointers. If you can watch the mind in an impartial manner, the activity will reveal everything you need to know. When you tell lies, you know that you are telling lies. When you are trying to make a good impression on someone, you know that you are trying to make a good impression. When you lie to yourself about yourself, that activity requires some genuine insight. When you make excuses for yourself to others, you know what is going on. So, stop fooling yourself. What is the point? You do not have to be spiritual to witness what is going on. Anyone can investigate this consciousness. All preconceived notions about consciousness are wrong. The immediacy of cognition is spontaneous and it has no past and no future. You can't even call it the present or presence. One without a second. THAT is it and it is nothing other than THAT.

If you watch the mind and see how it operates, there will be insights. Those insights will assist in understanding where others are coming from....because you have seen it in yourself. When someone is expressing BS, you instantly recognize it because you have seen and resolved that BS in yourself. So, no one can pull the wool over your eyes. Once you understand how the mind operates, the spiritual mind game is OVER.

The first instant of being is cognition, followed by re-cognition. Recognition is sudden and unexpected. 'The always so' is overlooked because it is 'Always So'.

funny somehow...there is this insistiance on clarity/wholeness and then he says: " just get on with life or I just live my life..I am just an ordinary guy living my life."...and going on about teachers doing their thing...as if there are separate entities again having an independent decider/doer inside....and as if his words and actions are clearer pointers as so's who calles himself a teacher...he calls himself an ordinary man...what#s the differennce..apart from words...labelling what is? shows, even if you try to be the non, non teacher trying to not not teach you are doing somehow the same thing...jsut in a non non attempt...😀
