Hello! I had my podiatry appointment today, on my and my hubby's 16th wedding anniversary. We finally got surgery on my foot scheduled. Surgery is scheduled for July 16! I'm so happy to finally have a date, even though it's a month away! Hope everyone is having a a good week!

Hello! It's been a long time since I've commented and just wanted to share what waffling means according to Professor google...since so many people ask what it means. In North America, it means to fail to make up one's mind. Example: Joseph had been waffling over where to go. In Britain, it means to speak or write, especially at great length, without saying anything important or useful. Example: he waffles on about everything that didn't matter. This made me laugh and I hope I've enriched all of your zesty followers lives😅 loving the June waffle!!!

Hello all!! In regard of the eclipse...we were in the path of totality here on April 8. But as luck will have it, the day brought rain and thick cloud cover!! I only saw a brief glance through the special glasses. What was funny was the fact that the day before and day after the sun was out, sky blue, ho clouds!! Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles!!

Hi Rebecca ❤ give Luna alot of cuddles and breathe beautiful smells of clean dog. 😂 I love pens. 72 pens isn't THAT MUCH. When you get to 4 digits maybe then. If you have alot then we can tell our spouses that are fearless zestie leader has alot. Then we can buy more🎉.

I had more of a lazy day these days. But I got to spend a little me-time with other bits than diamond painting.

🤶 Quiet day today. The grands went to their mom, son and BIL are working, and nice and nephew we t to their grandparents. Love a quiet day so much. No TV and video game noises. It is so hot here. Yesterday it was 111°F (43.9°C) and we have air quality alerts so no going outside. Guess I will just have continue diamond painting and binge some of your videos in front of the fan.

Hi Zesties, hi Rebecca! Update on my progress trying glue dots: It took me a few tries to get them in right, but now I love using the glue dots. I'm using 6mm ones from Hobbycraft and I brought like 4 packets of 300 at £2 each Thank you so much for the tutorial video years ago Rebecca, you're awesome ❤🎉😂

Hi Rebecca! Great WIP & Waffle as always! Today you were discussing ways to get your multiplacer to more easily stay in your pen and that gave me an idea for a Tips & Tricks video for you (if you’re interested). I know many people use hot glue to get their multiplacer to firmly stay in their pen, but then still have it be removable. I’ve always wanted to try that, but have always been afraid. I’m skeptical that it would be able to be removed later on down the road, but otherwise it sounds like an awesome idea. I’d love it if you’re braver than I am and would want to give it a try. 😉😂🐝

Hi Rebecca. Since I was like 3 days behind, I've had you playing on my phone as I go about doing chores this evening and then finally sat down to DP a bit as I got to this video. My younger son was sat beside me and heard you say you were using the pen we made and he got so excited. It's been a bit since we played with clay so I think that gave him the bug again. Good thing it's the weekend so maybe we can fit in an extra craft project. 😂 it's a fun way to make all those basic pens that come in tool kits a little more special. We've also made pen rests so my pen doesn't roll off my desk when I set it down. We've made magnets and little bins for trash drills or spare coins as well. Whatever our minds can think of as we're playing. It's just the basic little blocks of clay we get at a craft store and once you shape your items, you bake it in the oven for a bit and then I like to seal it with like Minwax policrilic or something. It's a fun time with my boys. 😊 And I'm sorry for the long comment, guess it was my turn to waffle a bit since it's been awhile as I can't comment when I stream on my TV as I usually do. I'm really enjoying this year's event, thanks so much for all you do for us! 💜💎

The One With the Diamond Art does print the Josephine Wall paintings on the canvas. It used to be in black and white but now you can choose to have it printed with colour symbols

Well, I tried to hold out and skip this month’s launch by telling myself I had quite a variety of colors of trays now and I would just pick it up if it was still available at July’s launch. I made it until Wednesday after launch. 😂 I am a fine example of self control, aren’t I?

Oh, I got behind again. 😢 Hope to catch up today, though. On the upside...you inspired me to get one of the skinny 4 players from Diamond Art Club. I have had it for a couple of days and am really enjoying it! I have never been able to multiplace before, with the exception of placing 2 using my tweezers. I am loving it. Thank you for the inspiration

Today I need to turn off for an hour. We had the surveyor in at home all morning . That was the buyers survey. Then this afternoon we had the report for the survey on the house we are hoping to buy. I just want to turn off, forget it all for a while. Big decisions to be made this weekend.

Both companies have printed symbols for Josephine Wall paintings. The One With The Diamond Art had black & white symbols and now gives you the option of colored or black and white. Diamond Painting Deutschland does have double sided adhesive, but I’ve never had an issue with their canvases. There’s at least 200 colors on each canvas from either of the companies. I host a Josephine Wall event every year in March & April and love both companies that offer Josephine Wall paintings. Don’t be intimidated by the size but both are extremely confetti heavy!

thank you for your incite into the Josephine wall discussion. I apologize for forgetting to specify which company has which issues. The One with the Diamond art has the blank canvas and poured glue. To my understanding it is just like a mystery painting, all white, with symbols on it but no image or color. I believe it would still come with a legend or sticker sheet as any other company would provide and of course the legend on the edge of the canvas. I do understand that you have many other projects in cue that need your attention, I mainly wanted your thoughts on which "negative" you would prefer. Im really loving the June waffle, I watch it as soon as i get home from work. I have to tell my daughter to shush and leave me be so I can "watch my show". She is a very good sport most of the time. LOL

For Josephine Walls I highly recommend going with the Diamond Painting Deutschland. Their canvas is thick and well printed and the double sided adhesive is actually amazing. The one with the diamond art has just recently announced that they are starting to print the image on their j wall canvases because so many complained. The black and white canvas was causing many a migraine. I have done 3 J Walls -one from the Australian company (uniquely yours) and the other 2 from DPD. Those 2 were the best experience I have had with max color. I will be trying a max color from Diamond Art Studio UK later this year. I’m anxious to compare the experience to DPD.

As far as ordering a Josephine Wall from The One With the Diamond Art, they are now offering them in either a black and white printing or a color printing, your choice. You can also pick your size. In addition, they say that they are now coming with sticker sheets.

Hi Rebecca. Wow that is a lot of pens 😂. I have 7 DAC pens because I wanted 1 of all the colours and 9 thick pens (3 of them are my daughter's). I would love to get more from small shops but I've set myself one new pen every 6 months. Thanks for a great waffle.

Hello Rebecca and fellow zesties! I got behind on wip n waffles. It is all Rebecca's fault 😂 You kept talking about having a tidy up, and what you were doing around the house, while I have been sitting doing nothing latley 😂 When hubby died I worked on my house like a mad woman. I cleaned painted and switched my bedroom and craft room becuse I couldn't sleep in there anymore. At the 6 month mark, I hit a wall. The grief has been horrible since, but I have been wanting to change my bedroom and craft room BACK round again lol. Mind you my craft supplies are not small in number, and take up a regular Amercian sized room. 10'x12' or so. Finally a few days ago, I noticed I wasn't excited to watch, and I had to ask myself, why. Then I realized I was avoiding the cleaning talk 😂 It gave me the motivation to get up and do it! So even though that was not your intention, it made me get it almost completely done in 2 days lol So thank you!

Talking about the Josephine Wall diamond paintings, the company that has poured glue, the canvas is printed but it's printed in black and white not colour, not that it's a cross stitch pattern that you thought it was. This company doesn't do cross stitch patterns. The other company has the picture printed in colour but has double sided adhesive instead. Just to clarify.

The one with the diamond art does poured glue and the do print on the canvas they give you a choice of color or black and white

Now that the day has ended, it’s time to sit down, do a section of Cosmic Trip and settle in and unwind for the night. Tomorrow I have to wake up early to clean our living room, so we can be downstairs all day (and it’s long overdue for a clean) as the weather will be in the 90’s to 100’s degrees Fahrenheit (32 to 37 Celsius) and our downstairs is generally cooler. However, today was a productive day. I got two math lessons done (very basic pre-algebra stuff), cooked both breakfast and dinner, and then kinda laid around all day. I’m also thinking about joining the Summer with the Masters diamond painting event, if I can get a canvas within time - while the event has already started, it’s multiple months, and I’d be ordering off of Amazon so shipping would be decent, plus you don’t need to finish it. P.S. Have you seen Diamond Art Club’s new tool kit?

Hi Rebecca.. thank you for the distraction today... Pjelly fell over while out posting a letter, hurt her knee., hand and wrist so is at AnE with her friend to get her hand/wrist checked out as there is a lot of bruising to it.. So I'm sitting here awaiting news from her... honestly no matter how old they are we still worry like hell 😲 😘💚
