Last month I had a vacation and travelled around China so I took a pause on the hiit workout but am back at it again and will be bringing y'all more hiit workouts. Let's all stay fit together. Your body is the only place you live for the rest of your life so let's keep it healthy and strong.
Always make sure you warmup before any workout. Warmups prepare your body and gets it ready for the pressure and stress of your workout.

WORKOUT
1. Criss-cross into standing side crunch
2. Sprint into Jumping jacks
3. Criss-cross into squat rotation
4. Push-up with Alt knee tucks into Burpee
5. Squat jacks with floor taps
