On the note of the restaurants, here in Brazil we used to have a Pub called Nexus Pub that was themed after League, they used to have alcoholic drinks named after League stuff such as Health Potion, Thresh’s Lantern and so on, they also used to host some League events with cosplayers and streamers, they also usually hosted a watching party for Worlds. Legendary queue is not what you explain it’s a secondary ranked mode that’s already out whit a different ranking system you can access it only if you are Diamond or above and you can only play solo queue in it( because yes, you can duo/trio/5 stack in master in wild rift) they are adding the mastery feature because there a lot of people that aren’t taking it for what it is, an hyper competitive place to match against the best.

Riot are now always conservative towards new champs and worlds. Season 5 or 6 was considered a disaster with GP and mord holding a 90+% pick/ban rate. This is why they made a rule that new champs and reworks are banned from worlds until they are out for a while. For example yone (and I think Lillia) weren't available even though they had been released some time at that point.
