@@qwertyerror601 lol I also forgot to point out that you have a point. The flag mod is definitely immersive for the East Coast Brotherhood of Steel due to an abundance of resources on their part. I do think that the Mid-Western boys could've have this kind of flags with them, because it's a must for them to look superior. Newer flags could surely give them a plus one on the "intimidating department", if you know what I mean.

I would like to see a BoS paint job for Marine armor. I spent a large chunk of the game in heavy combat armor with BoS colors, but when I switched to the Marine armor, it didn't have any options to change it.

There is a mod on the nexus b3 something, its a new armor for the BOS, its basicly an alternative to the marine armor, spawns on BOS soldiers and in one of the crates outside of vault 111, I recommend you get it, it comes in 2k and 4k

settlers and companions can clean up nicely... a have a couple ex gunners in my settlements who are drool worthy. if you ignore a couple scars,... but since my usual avatar looks like he had half his face blown off I doubt he would object to them having some minor scars. (in lore there is evidence that he is not just a vet, but a decorated front line veteran, so it worked and gave nice irony and sentiment to pregame cut scene conversation.)

There should be a mod that replaces the vertibird signal grenade with a grenade that still calls in a vertibird but the vertibird just flys around and shoots at enemies or the vertibird drops off three brotherhood troops, because the vertibird signal grenades are useless unless you play survival difficulty, I doubt it but if any moder are reading this please make this mod, the vertibird signal grenades would be so much more useful.

Yeah, it adds the cut ending to Blind Betrayl. And thre is another one that allows Danse to be a companion after leaving the BoS and stops them from being hostile when having him around. ((good if you want to keep him but don't want to go for the Brotherhood ending)

I also have an alternative for the Prydwen Quarters mod, if you think it's ugly. Just use the place at me command to spawn a workshop somewhere outside the room's walls (with the tcl command) and hold v. Viola, you now have a fully customizable Prydwen Quarters. The only drawback is, there will be no shared workshop inventory on the prydwen, although there is probably a mod for that.

Oxhorn, I reinstalled my fallout 4 and there's one mod I can't find. I was hoping you might know what it's called. It's basically a brotherhood version of minutemen overhaul. It gives brotherhood soldiers all the types of power armor instead of just t60, and changes the outfits the non-PA npcs spawn with. Also it makes the free set of PA you get on the pryxwen t45 instead of t60.

I know this video was made years ago, but if you’re looking for the BoS kit for Xbox 1, then go to mods and search “Brotherhood of steel kit”. I did this and found someone by the name The_Savior15 who put the mod on Xbox under the name “Brotherhood of Steel Overhaul”. It doesn’t revamp anything besides the armor. It’s just BoS kit under a different name.

I really loved the newly refurbished BoS quarters and of course the flag as well as it does bear a resemblance to the Stars and Stripes banner rather than the vanilla one which looks pretty dull orange. I'm so dissapointed that the fact there isn't any BoS paint for the X-01 power armor. I mean that looks pretty impressive espcially the BoS kit. It looks so high definition and re-textured and fresh. It reminds me of a Spec-Ops military team.

You Missed Ad Victorium. It's a complete BOS overhaul along the lines of Raider Overhaul. Adding a LOT of new NPCs, Gear, etc. Makes them feel much more fleshed out.

3:07 Heh, I actually just moved there and made my home there. I call it: Fort Lyons in honor of Elder Lyons and his brave daughter in Fallout 3. I also use that overhaul mod, and wear T-45D in a BoS paint job (even though I also have T-60B and just found X-01 today, because T-45D is my favorite)

xMix-Dx I don’t really think that’s what they are. Only the T-60 is correct. The other factions don’t use power armor. I don’t see a minuteman with T-45, a Railroad heavy with T-51, or a Courser with X-01

bethesda really had a hard on for the t60 suit for somereason, most of the legendary stuff is for t60 aswell which all doesnt matter in end because i use NAVI power armour but still, always irked me that T60 was so well fleshed out compared to the others

What really bothers me is that in fallout 3 they made it clear that T51 power armor was the best pre war model then they make the T60 better and pre war. It's even common enough for those beginning vault tech guards to be wearing

@@victoryprime2915 you think the t-60 is bad? vertibirds were only in the prototype phase when the bombs fell. they weren't massed produced until the enclave took over the oil rig and navarro. there shouldn't be a single crashed vertibird on the east coast.

I moved settlers to Boston Airport from my other settlements. It's a community of 20, dressed in various BoS uniforms. I sent supply lines in from 6 settlements, plus used Crimsonrider mod that has vending that counts as food and water. 78% happiness so far! Using all 4 Vault 88 inventions, plus some Settlement Markers like pushups, jogging and target practice. Ad victoriam! ("Move" a settler in workshop mode, on XBox you hit X and pick from the list that pops up. Moving is vanilla & I use it often to weed out twins & triplets at my farms.)

Hey Oxhorn, I loved this video, informative and entertaining as always, a bit nostalgic for me since my very first run-through of the game was with the BoS. I was wondering if you could do a Railroad equivalent? The Railroad is my favorite faction, and they don't seem to get any love, and I'd love to see you do a list like this of best Railroad mods. If you could do that I'd be really excited and would definitely appreciate it.

Why are the women's waists so small in this video? Do you have a mod installed? Or were they like that in the vanilla game and I just haven't noticed? I don't play female characters very often, so I can't tell. They all look skinnier, too. Or maybe I've stayed up way too long and I'm seeing things...

Here are the short cuts of the names of the factions BOS,MM,TS,RR BOS brotherhood of steel , MM for the minute men , TS for the institute , RR is for the railroad

I love the brotherhood theme, but I can't ever be a part of such a xenophobic militaristic flock of sheep blindly following a madman like Maxon. Brotherhood were almost always assholes, but FO4 is probably the most extremist they ever got. What is scary this time around though, is that now they actually hold power and influence. It's really upsetting too, since I love their aesthetics.

They kill Ferals....brain dead cannibalistic monsters......Super Mutants most of which enslave and eat people. Raiders and Gunners who kill innocents on sight. Have you forgotten? the Gunners are apparently so bad that a murderer like MacCready didn't even have the chops to stick with them. What is wrong with you people calling BoS xenophobes for taking out monsters that are keeping the commonwealth in the position that it's in. Tell me what is the Railroad doing for the commonwealth? their end game is just helping synths and then they destroy the innocent effectively genociding the people they've claimed to be for helping. BoS or the Institute under the Sole Survivors direction are the commonwealths best hope. Minutemen? they'll fall apart without the SS since he/she basically does everything for them.

I'm wondering if you could do a similar list for the Raiders of the Commonwealth. If they might appear as dangerous the first time, past the 20th level they really would need an overhaul both in terms of gear, but also physically and geographically - they quickly become nothing more but cannon fodder for whatever weapon you might carry. Nice video though ;)

2:22 the only problem I have with this mod is the placement of the power armor workbench after modifying your armor you have to get in the armor to escape the corner it’d just a minor complaint I have but the mod is amazing never the less

I found a BOS mod for PS4/Xbox/PC that makes the BOS more present in the world with patrols in and around diamond city, bunker hill, and can be seen passing through settlements in the wasteland. And gradually become more powerful as you progress their story line. You’ll eventually see a science scribe in the DC science center and BOS flag poles outside both DC and Bunker hill. Bunker hill itself will be occupied and policed by the BOS after completing the “battle of bunker hill.” Quest. It’s super cool and makes the BOS as militaristic and occupying as it’s supposed to be.
