Salam Alaikum Sister Hope you're well Indeed I agree with you, Nowadays most of the Nohakhwans can't produce a single qasida without adding any beat or Music to it. BUT This doesn't mean they can't produce as Ayatollah Sistani states "Music is an art that has spread far and wide during these days. Some varieties of this art are permissible while others are forbidden; therefore, it is permissible to listen to the first while it is forbidden to listen to the latter. Music that is permissible is the music that does not entail entertainment in gatherings held for that purpose. Forbidden music is the music that is suitable for entertainment and amusement gatherings." The Qasida that Mohammed Abbas Karim has produced is indeed following the shariah and not going against. For example(won't be taking names), There are nohakhwans that use extreme music in extreme, Alot of different beats which diverts the listeners mind to the beat rather than the wordings, And the worst part is that they're popular and nohakhwans especially the new generation tend to follow them, Alhamdulillah we have nohakhwans like MAK that indeed follow the shariah and I don't see any beat in this qasida that diverts anyone, Just to inform that I don't support drums in qasidas as well, Because Qasida's can be produces wothout the use of them, But in conclusion there's nothing wrong with the beat or music in this qasida as it clearly follows the rulings of our marjah Jazakallah

@@DelightReza0Salam Alaikum Brother If that's the case, During Arbaeen(Karbala) when we do Juloos, You'll see drums are being beat while lamentations are being recited, If that's the case then it shouldn't be allowed too? References: Five Grand Ayatollahs answered a question about using drums and cymbals in mourning ceremonies. Question: Is it allowed to use drums and cymbals in mourning ceremonies for Imam Hussain (AS)? The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: There is no problem. Question: What is your view about drums and cymbals for coordinating mourning ceremonies in the month of Muharram? The Grand Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani: The mourning ceremonies for Imam Hussain (AS) which include speeches, eulogies, and movement of mourning processions, and these are great religious traditions which keep alive the traditions of Ahlul Bait (AS), and are signs of understanding of the religion and showing the religious emotions. These religious displays must be as simple as possible and without the use of instruments, the spirituals greatness is more pronounced and its displays are more educational; these decorations especially using instruments which according to religion are forbidden, are obstacles in the mourning ceremonies, and prevent paying attention to educative sense of these ceremonies. Question: What is the ruling about using drums and cymbals in mourning and other ceremonies? The Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi: The use of drums and cymbals in these ceremonies as per usual traditions, and (as) there is no inappropriate music in them; there is no problem. Question: What is the ruling about using musical instruments (local or others) like drums, cymbals, etc. for mourning Imam Hussain (AS)? The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: The use of musical instruments is not suitable for mourning ceremonies of Imam Hussain (AS), and it is appropriate that the ceremonies are held in traditional ways as per older times. Of course there is no problem using drums and cymbals in traditional ways. Question: Is beating drum in mourning ceremonies for Imam Hussain (AS) in the streets, considered as music? The Grand Ayatollah Rouhani: Beating drum in mourning ceremonies for Imam Hussain (AS) is not music and it is allowed, and I do not think that the Shias who love Ahlul Bait (AS) consider mourning ceremonies at the start of the night as inconvenience. As majority of us follow Ayatollah Sistani, He clearly states there's no problem with the use of drums in eulogies, If done appropriately, And if you follow Ayatollah Sistani or those marjahs mentioned above that agree, We can't argue as they've clearly stated and can't give any fatwa or answer without crosschecking with hadiths and Qur'an Jazakallah
