You can make wonderful vegan pancakes / wraps with buckwheat flour: 2 cups buckwheat flour 3 cups plantbased milk 0,5 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil If used as sweet pancakes also: 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Lots of love, your vids are pure joy to watch

I am learning to grow our food, one step at a time, whilst we still have the leisure time to learn. I don’t want to suddenly be in a situation where it’s essential and I don’t know how! It’s quite overwhelming some days, but I watch your videos, so beautifully filmed, and remind myself it’s ok to take baby steps, and everything worth achieving takes time. Yes, I have been experimenting this year with NOT watering the garden. We collect rain water off our shed over winter and store it in 3 big ibc tanks. This year so far I haven’t needed tap water, however we are due a heat wave this week! For us brits it’s a shocker! I’ve had excellent potato yields so far even though I’ve barely watered the potatoes and have grown a mix of veg and flowers more than ever due to your influence. I also developed a love of the Grasses you used with the lavender, except I’m gonna use cat mint (nepeta) as I think it’ll do better here. Your small home and use of solar power is so impressive. Thank you for sharing it all. I look forward to more videos. 💓

Absolutely adore your videos and home garden! Were your buckwheats pre activated? Because they can be a little harder to digest if not. Nuts and seeds have antinutriants as a natural protector in the wild. So it’s best to soak them and then gently dehydrate them if you want to make flour again xx

Did you use a special soil mix for your raised beds and if so would you mind sharing? Soil health is so important to grow and your crops are always so healthy looking.
This is a beautiful and wonderful journey and life you're building. So inspiring. But it is important to be in tune with what is happening around you in your areas, because your voice matters and if all the good people check out of society like this, what you come back to or your kids do, you won't be happy with. And they can encroach into your paradise freedom if you're not there to stand up for this choice of life. Best of luck💜
