The idea of a hold out juror really scares me. I'm an Australian in the state of Queensland. This State was 'ruled' by a ultra conservative, Joh Beljke-Petersen, for decades. He was also charged with taking bribes. The case was obvious and the vast majority of the State expected a guilty verdict. Hmmm, except that no-one knew that one of the jurors was in fact a member of the youth wing of the political party that Beljke Petersen was from. Hung jury, 11-1. He got off scott free. We all cried. Hoping something like this doesn't happen in NY🙏

See now in the U.K. the judge would allow a majority vote decision rather than needing every juror to agree. Too many court cases around the world expect everyone of the 12 people on the jury to agree with the presuctors when clearly it easier to get to one person than 12!

No, they are not. The business is its own entity. Trump has a problem because he stated he reimbursed, and there is absolutely no evidence that has been provided of a legitimate reimbursement scheme, which means that Donald Trump had to ignore a $180,000 loss in this transaction when he did find out if he was not involved in the first place. That means he specifically had a hand in the creation of the records because Donald Trump could not have ignored such a loss, which is basic accounting error.

In my 70 years of life ,since Adolf Hitler ,did i ever think folks could be so easily swayed to turn against there own country, but Trump gas managed to do just that. Guess knowing ones history is more beneficial that we thought HUH!
