I work across from this building. From my desk, I can see everything that goes on in the apartments on sever of the lower floors. It's like a live -action dollhouse. There are a lot of WFHs and people who don't make the bed.
The kitchen and baths are too dark and modern for me, but the beautiful windows are showstopping. If the kitchen/baths were lighter and less austere, I think they'd go with the rest of the place much better. Gorgeous views!
The marble patterns were too busy except for the last bathroom. And EWWW the 2nd bathroom had urine in the toilet! Best thing about the apartment was the view from those unique windows IMO
Thanks for the feed back, the marble looks better when you see it in person, it is a little busy in video. When we took the video, the apt just finished renovation and wasn't occupied for long time, so the toilet water dried up, the cleaning team had cleaned them before delivery.
Imagine having to buy curtains or blinds for all those windows and then having to sit down with a pair of scissors cutting them all into that weird curved-top shape to fit. Too much time and effort in my opinion!
I don’t think those are the type of windows you put curtains in. Many just leave them open or put two way film on it. You scan do custom blinds and curtains of course. I mean it’s your home and May people tend to customize he place they are staying at.
So far our clients who live in the building install curtain/shades on the wall area on top of the window which is outside of the arch shape window frame, so you don't need to deal with the arch shade and just install straight curtain rods, much easier.
@@justSTUMBLEDupon that’s good idea to install film on window, also now there is new option for film, there is company which can install electric film and you can use remote to control the film to be transparent or opaque.
Not sure if any of those windows actually OPEN!! If not, it's locked in and up feeling for me..I wish you'd slow it down a bit and open the closed doors...
Close to 4 million and 36k in taxes. I went to school a few blocks away. Pace University on Park Row. Very little to do in the neighborhood. If you don't work in the area don't bother. At that price point you can get much better.
I don't have video for the closet space, please go to the listing page to see the floor plan, it has walk-in closet: www.corcoran.com/listing/rented/130-william-street-53a-manhattan-ny-10038/22007114/regionId/1
