It looks like the houses were built in a very secluded agricultural area. The construction seems to be very delicate which shows that the builders do not have all the approvals to build these houses. Its not worth putting even a single rupee on such properties.

2001-2010: 30-40 lakh apartments with 1000-1400 Sq ft or 200 -300 Sq Yd plots 2010-2020: 40-80 lakh apartments with large hall or 2 -3 flats/floor 2014-Now: 80 + lakh High rise apartments 2020- 2022: Villas 2+ crores in 200-300 Sq Yds 2023: Villas 10+ crores 1000+ Sq yds 1 crore = 1lakh in 2003 If you have 10 crores ;it is is like having 10 lakhs in 2001

Bro, Sincere advice. If you are just promoting the builders as an advertisement, your video is ok. But you want subscribers to your channel, be honest. First , its 40 km from gacchibowli. Second, you did not mention why there is no concrete slab... Coz its in under 111 G.O. please give true and honest details so subscribers think you can be trusted and you will get long-run benefit.
