You're welcome. I just made it for my customers. The dsp ought to be setup all right in factory. Usually user's needn't set these. But in case user makes some mistake and they may need this video to set back.

No need Reset or update DSP just Use same watt spindle because of inverter watts. In your Cnc Power Supply cabnet you can see a invter which is Give Dc power to your spindle.
Liu, I seem to have gotten my dsp controller into 'A' axis mode. The spindle moves fine but I cannot set the origin. It says the workpiece state is incorrect. It's probably a quick fix but I can't find a reference in the manual. Ideas?
good afternoon we have an Ez CNC ROUTER MW 103. the problem is that the machine when you power it the controller pops display Go to Home? ordinary i am suppose to press enter which i did but what comes up is a request like phase telling me that "Emergency Button Pressed, click any button to restart" when you do that nothing will happen please i need a solution as to this now. i want to learn how to make tool path for throughout whole cut in sandstone we use area clearance and 2 mm depp each cut so machine cut 2 mm then go safe mode up and then down very slow and cut 2 mm again go up and down very slow so it takes much time can u guide how to make tool path so it will cut step by step not go up again and again. thanks in advance

Hello sir, i have the same machine as you. I have a problem, when i stop a program half way through, my cnc machine reads 'error', and if i try to activate the program, the machine follows the toolpath but the spindle does not activate. to fix this, i press a reset button. Is this Human error or an error with my machine?

Reset system fully, re-insert all the settings that You need and CHECK cables... all the connections- worked for me- one connectiuon has a bit of burn on it, cleaned and it went okay.

Usually not. But with some settings. DSP can read 2D (only 2D) dxf and go down along Z axis as you set. Actually there's DSP for plasma machines which has 2 axis only, it works in this way. This method is only for 2D profile tool path.
so check machine size, if it matches your machine. Then check your g code file, if it's within the working range. And check pulse equivalent. If the machine moves longer than setting
One more question. As for the spindle speed and feedrate. Am giving some parameters from my program about them, but the machine can not receive them. For example, in my program am giving feedrate 1200mm/min and the machine is not receiving it. (the machine has its own feedrate speed (which I can set it up ofcource from the DSP control). Can I set it up so machine to receive the feedrate and spindle speed am giving from my program? thank you again
+diogenis dio by default, the machine ignore all feedrate and RPM definition in the nc file. Woodwork doesn't need various RPM. Usually we just use one RPM and feed rate for the whole work.
Mr, Liu, Thank you very much for your prompt answer. Is there any other format so the machine is receiving feedrates? (like HPGL or PLT for example? And finally if am using for paths the Cut2D (Vectric), what is the best format to safe on your oppinion?
I want to increase my spindle speed, and according to the instructions i have to press either z+ or z- while the machine is running but this doesn't work for me what mistake am i making ?
@@LIUXIN hi i have the same problem, it says S-on when spindle is running not S (number). there is no read S option in gcode settings to enable either.
Hi Liu Thanks for informative video...we have same controller [richauto] and using a delta-e vfd. when we load a gcode file [.tap] after manual set origin point, the machine begins to do the cut corrctly but the spindle switches off. when we cancl spindle starts up again. we start spindle from vfd keypad..then use the handheld keypad to control. any ideas what is causing the spindle to switch off? specs hdk 105-15-21z/3.5-4.5 250-350hz 15000-21000rpm water cooled. thanking you much in advance

NK105 is also panel control, similar as DSP. but when power on it should ask go all axis reference point. If not you'd better check the settings. do you have manual in pdf?
hello.. actually im watching your tutorials since last few days and i am a cnc operator i am designing in a 12inX16in work piece but when i performed the MMG file in my wood cutting cnc the cnc has scale up the size of the working area and working in bigger area then the work piece can you help to fix this...Please i am using Artcam pro 9.

Jamal Bahormoz You may try replacing a new set of DSP (panel, cable and card), or reset to emergency version, hold OK button and power on, then follow the guide. Don't forget to backup your settings before doing resetting.
there's no particular rotary axis setting for DSP. it works as normal 2D work. you make the G code tool path and run it with DSP. only the rotary takes place of X or Y axis. others are the same as you do flat jobs
your pulse equivalent is not correctly set. ask your machine manufacturer for it or you change it slightly yourself. different factories may use different pulse (because of different gears)
+Al Jordan are all limit switches enabled in DSP? besides, you can still use the machine even there's no limit switches. just make sure your work don't go out of the machine working range. Otherwise you machine may crash and damage
power off your machine, move spindle along X axis until it's in normal (usually middle )position. then power on it again. go home position first and set a proper soft limit (available work range) in your DSP.
basically you may try this: power off, hold the OK button (green one) and power on the panel, choose to do a emergency mode recovery. If this doesn't work you have to buy a new one to replace.

z limit swith needn't to set. just keep default setting (hard limit enabled). and it'll work. If it doesn't then your limit swith must be broken, replace it.
