Sir 22 binary equivalent is 10110 not 10111 (this would be 23 )

I think on case 1 you should first have splitted bucket 1, so they would have got LD = 2, that would have not needed the case 2 and also you are mapping 00 to a bucket which have 11 (01011), so this is wrong also.
