Hi, I hope everyone's doing fine. ^_^
This time I decided to turn the 13th Floor(luxury dlc) into 2 luxurious apartments.
1.The Grand Monochrome - sea view
2.The Champagne Pristine - city view

Will you be working on the Cliff House soon? I moved my office there and still working on it. My computer becomes laggy when I am working on the cliff house for some reason. No issue when I work on other houses in Moonrise Bay. I can't wait to see your masterpiece when you are done with the cliff house.

Hi SStevenSS. Thank you. Ohh that is a mod from workshop in steam. I believe it's called pole 275x5x5cm steel polished. You can just type pole to find it, if you're playing on pc. ^_^

Hi. Those walls are workshop item, if you play on pc you can subscribe to items from steam workshop. I believe it's 1 of the marble walls made by suBZero.

@@KaroruChan ok am confused...lol is that in the business building where we did the office building job? or another building. I could never do this level of building...you're truly a talented builder :) bravo, love watching your videos. I more so like doing landscaping then the actual building flips:)

Woww that is impressive!! Oh I use workshop items, find marble walls by suBZero. Then use in-game wooden shelves for the middle part.

why i don't have that door and golden decoration 💔 is it available only who buy the game from steam? bc i download the lux dlc from a free site

Hi there. I believe that's how it is. You have to buy the original game from steam and the other dlcs. Some dlcs are free too. 😊 Many new things from luxury dlc and some are mods from steam workshop. I hope this helps.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't think so. When I play this game I don't really mind the profit but only how it looks. 😅

@@KaroruChan understandable do you use all base game items or workshop items if so what do you use im trying to improve my interior designs im much better with the landscaping for the houses as its what i do irl for wodk

@@fatgravy7557 I definitely did use workshop items in this one. Here's what I use from workshop: curtains, vase, dog, files, plates, tea, cake, books, staggered shelf, candles, bathtub, marble walls, mirrors, some clutters. I believe they are mostly decoratives rather than furniture. So I use mostly in-game furniture for this flip

@@fatgravy7557 I lost all of my luxury dlc saved files too. Fortunately frozen district helped me to get it back. Lots of helpful people in discord.

Hi, so if you just started playing this game, there are upgrades available when you finish some jobs from the ingame laptop. Meaning you have to do lots of ingame jobs and unlock the upgrades, including building a wall.

Hmm I'm not sure why you can't but I suggest you finish all jobs and buy a house. If that doesn't solve it, report it to the devs in discord.
