Decent buffs, yet I think Sett is still slow in terms of clearing the jungle, especially in the mid-game. This is mainly because we went for a tanky build, yet even if you go with the ad version, you just shot the camps in a way, making your e damage pointless. The new item has some potential, but as you can see in the video, it needs to be set up from other items such as Heartsteel, making it similar to Titanic Hydra. In some builds, you can opt to go both, but nonetheless, it works in champions such as Mundo and Sett. But I think going both sometimes is overcooking, but if you have the lead, you would get so much value with more risks.
