I love this song more than I reasonably should. It's great to have the actual name for the amazing Battle Music 3, as its friends affectionately call it, Yamogabi.

Perfectly captures the anxiety of thinking you're about to win the fight, just to see the camera pan over to the two demons dashing towards the room you're in with 2 HP left on each party member.

The whole song is a masterpiece, but man 0:50 is something else. I genuinely think this is one of best battle musics ever made.

This feels so much like a witcher 3 theme, I absolutely love it. The hag fight in general felt like it came straight out of witcher. Could've very well been geralt hunting the hag on a contract by the brothers of the girl.

Ah yes, the dabodabi battle song. A classic.

As a Dungeon Master I spammed this track over the last 3 years for very ominous combats; The title reveals to be indeed fitting. Morricone vibes, Slavov is indeed another maestro!

I went into the Auntie Ethel fight extremely unprepared, this theme only added to the sense of dread. I love it though.

I can't help but to feel this song is an orchestration of the battlefield. The strings, especially 0:50, as bows shooting arrows, The choirs casting ominous spells. The drums sounding like melee fighters strikes, all answering to each others, in a turn-based rythm.

Just listening to this makes me wanna put another 250h into the game.

I like to imagine a Bard/Necromancer multi-class plucking the tune at 0:50 and as he he hits crescendo he raises a small army from the earth.

It's strange. Even though this is the main battle theme, especially in Act 1, and plays when you fight almost every other fight, whenever I hear this theme I always think of Auntie Ethel first.

What I love about baldur's gate 3 song is the battle music starts of oppressive and it's like fighting a losing battle. But then, you hit a lucky turn and kills an opponent, then the song starts being more optimistic.

It almost feels like a Medieval version of the Empire's March. The male choir and drums gives it a sense of dominant/powerful/authority with the hurdy's low tones and flute at the start giving it a Wild West "sinister" vibe. It's the perfect type of track for an antagonistic and powerful force to showcase their strength to.

I absolutely love how hard this song goes.

Whatever instrument they use at 1:00...it sounds like an animal screeching but also like metal being scratched...and I love it. Particularly because of the screech similarity because you first hear this in Hell. So it makes sense. First time I heard it I thought there was someone suffering in the background and it just added to the sense of urgency because I could be next. Of course I realized quickly it was part of the song, but I can never unhear the screech. Loved it. Absolutely loved it.

I love it.. I loved all of your works for many years but this time around you really outdid yourself. I am Bulgarian and i dont know why but hearing this reminds me for the tales of old, tales of mighty kings and cruel Khans. I assume you are with Slavic/Balkan origin to and i hope this is where you got the inspiration for this song. Amazing as always your songs helped me years ago to escape from dark places (mentally) and move on and finally got my life together. Hope to hear many of your songs in the future and play many more Larian games.

I cannot love the instruments enough. It all sounds like the music itself is straining or being corrupted by something nefarious. Be it the Shadow-Curse or a Hag's spells, it feels like something is about to go horribly wrong.

This will be forever Auntie Ethel's theme to me.

This is my favorite piece in the entire soudntrack. BG3 has one of my favorite OSTs of all time, it's very well done and blends so well with the game. I remember hearing this one for the first time and instantly getting it stucked on my mind.

I have been playing games for over 20 years but this is my TOP 5

this came for me the first time on my first playtrought when you fight on the ship with the mindflayer, i could feel the pulse in my throat hit so hard.

It is smart how the author got inspired by our bulgarian folklore but changed the lyrics so he doesn't spoil the gameplay for the native players. Really smart take.

Music has always been very important to me, but honestly, battle music in games doesn’t usually do it for me, even on my very favorite game soundtracks, but this theme was breathtaking. It’s terrifying and stirring. I got to the first “boss” fight on the Nautiloid and heard this and was like “stop everything! I have to listen!!” Then I just wanted to make it out alive! Hearing “Twisted Force” start growling on the speakers really ramps the tension up. Honestly, there are some tracks on the BG3 OST that absolutely bring down the house for me, and it started with that title screen with the shocking drums and chanting. What an achievement this game is for everyone involved!
