I hope that you've all had a safe week, and for those who have messaged me and shared that you're battling with depression and dark thoughts, I am by no means a therapist or clinical in any aspect, but I am weathering my storms and have educated myself along the way; it will get better. And although you don't feel like it right now, please see the light in the darkness and hold onto it. In your fight, keep in mind that although life seems unbearable sometimes, you deserve to be here, and that pain that you hide behind laughter and just surviving isn't too much for those who love you. Talk to your circle or to someone else. You are loved deeply and you being here matters.
