Fifty years ago, I was using secretarial chairs with the backs removed to do maintenance on F4J Phantom II's. I bet the United States Navy would have loved to pay $4000 each. My crew used four modified chairs. VF 121 NAS Miramar, '71-'75.
pretty sure a a jack and jack stands or in this case blocks have been around for like 200 years but thanks to who ever makes these videos for just pissing me off any time i click on one
Hmmm, the service chair: Metal tube, good rollers, a power converter and a nice reclining bucket seat from a Denali or some such and you have the same thing for $400 instead of $4000...
The mini barrier made me laugh and think of the lock picking lawyer. Look open in 3 seconds. Yuppppppppppp Auto Auto was sniffing drugs with out of the world price.
Security bar thing. Just skip. Get a battery disconnect installed, before that. Or just remove a tire and wheel, so that they cant roll it out. If they want it bad enough, they will just hold you up at gun point.
No need to hold someone up at gun point. Just back the platform tow truck up to the vehicle and winch it on. If planning ahead, the security bar seems pretty easy to defeat, for example at the low weight rating demonstrating it's not that strong, just hook the winch up to it first and pull it out of the way.
That service man’s chair looks awfully dangerous. You can easily crunch yourself or your face. And the garages security bar. That’s quite cumbersome. Do you must to lock it every time you leave the garage?
got a neighbor at the end of the street, he often leaves his garage door open late at night and sometimes he leaves his front door unlocked... when he does this he is usually sitting in some dark corner with a shotgun (his wife has passed on and his kids has moved out so he does this to keep himself occupied)
If I went to a shop and saw them rolling around in those chairs, I would leave immediately. Cause I would know I couldn't afford to let them even touch my car .
A sly move to saying about Joe Biden on your video. I thought we were free from hearing any political opinions on This channel. A pity about that. I’m out. Good luck.
I’ve worked in 2 homes that both have a spinning plate for the garage.. these were both over 15 years ago here in AZ. That isn’t new, it already exists. This channel either doesn’t do it’s homework or loves to act like old inventions are new inventions.
Car parking turntables are nothing new, the former tv studios of Tyne Tees Television, City Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, had one installed in it's underground car park/lot in 1959. Most of these are fixing a problem that doesn't exist, example, the trolley jack system, ever heard of axle stands lol, I'd rather be under a car with axle stands than having the four wheels sitting on a bridge of thin metal
I have the Daytona lift and LOVE it! I've also equipped my modest garage with both an air and electrical ceiling mounted retracting spooler. Both are great for keeping things handy AND tidy in the shop.
As someone who spends a lot of time in the garage, these ideas are amazing. The automated tool organizer is something I never knew I needed, but now I can't live without it
Wow! Someone has "invented" an adjustable chair, a turntable, and a hydraulic jack. I think I'll "invent" a vending machine, a car alarm, and motorised wheelchair....doh..!
They;re pretty cool. I used to do the electrical wiring for that company's installs here in Sydney. Lots of them in high-end houses in rich suburbs to maximise garage space. They make versions big enough to move a full semi-trailer, we put one in at a supermarket that had very restricted loading dock access.
Nothing new here, aside from implementation. Just an over simplified power chair for disabled people. Interesting to see if middle versions could be manufactured. Movement joystick, rotation, lift, tilt, larger battery with wall dock, lay flat, angleable light, voice command, camera, voice dictation, computer or tablet screen or phone or computer holder, bluetooth, noise canceling speakers. (HEADLIGHTS, BRAKELIGHTS, RUNNING LIGHTS, HORN, AIRCONDITIONING, MASSAGER(S), PAPer, HEARING PROTECTION,
make me a long reach floor jack with a camera, so you can look on handle, make sure your not smashing a brake line, or what exact point the jack is about to lift. the replaceable camera would have to be able to able to be purchased low cost. nothing high tec.
If they are using dry ice for cleaning, then they can't be too worried about atmospheric CO2 levels....especially coming from Europe the way this video channel appears to. And the fact that the government is even allowing it says loads about their climate agendas.

At 8:17, no way those shelves are moving - they are above the garage door opener belt (or screw drive). A stoopid mistake that destroys and credibility for this ad - which is really what the entire video is.
Stealing a motorcycle I would not care if it got a couple things or scratches so I would just knock the motorcycle over and drag it underneath the bar and if something broke like a mirror or a handle or something breaks whipty do. Because I'm just going to sell it for what I can get it done for
Yeah but what a stretch it was, to suggest that we need to be told that floor jacks exist and are used in garages. Next thing you know, a video that suggests that garages are a good place to park vehicles.
