Pro tip for next time you get egg shell in your eggs: shell tends to want to stick to itself so use another egg shell to scoop it out. Works 80% of the time, every time.

Good, quick video with helpful tips and explanation. Im currently going through a weight loss challenge and just trying to be healthy again after years away. The non-intense cardio due to lack of calories and training was a great tip since one can often feel tired. Relearning a few things and the carb intake on a cut continues to surprise me. I know they aren't bad, I just make the mistake of not eating enough in general. Awesome video.

@@benbrookes7369 Just checkin', it's a symptom I've personally dealt with in the past when suffering from anxiety and when Joey presented that first little scene I could identify myself with that feeling which he described. Especially considering his incident with the caffeine "overdose" recently, this may be a residual effect as stimulants can trigger it, too.

Also does anyone have information on what to do once you’ve completed your cut? I’m starting my 10 day mini cut today but am afraid I will just put it all back on once the cut is completed. Once the cut is complete and the weight is lost can you just return to like 2000 cals or should you gradually go up or how exactly ?

So We're both 5'10 but our scales, me at 188 (16% bf based on my scale) would suggest that I have more muscle mass than you at 172 (13.9%) which is visually incorrect. This is a random statement, I know. I enjoy your channel, keep it up

Hey, thanks man for your videos - they always seem so informative and helpful. Your tips seem legit but I still struggle. I regularly go to the gym 3 times a week, do train with heavy weights (though no compound lifts at the time, because I kind of fear to do them alone and the gym is so full and busy most of the time that I don't really have a chance of going there, so I use machines to train - but its kinda an excuse) and eat a lot of protein (have banned all sugars and soft drinks, eat more vegetables, fruits, pure yogurt, meat - though I don't really follow my calories and have a strict diet plan) and more healthy foods. Still, I see little to no muscle growth. I did put on weight (1,85 cm tall and weighed 75 kg but now weigh 85 kg ) but it seems its more fat around the belly and so and less muscle...I fear that I am skinny fat now whereas I was very skinny when I was young before weight-training (4 years ago). So do you have any tips for being skinny fat now? I don't really know why I am now stuck in this body type... I want to be more muscular still and have less body fat -.-...it's a vicious circle when you train and nothing really happens besides putting on fat.

just responding to the picture on the front of the youtube page, I haven't watched the video but I know the 3 steps are: Step 1: be shredded in the first place. Step 2: Take a before photo in bad lighting. Step 3: Take an after photo in good lighting. Maybe two weeks later, maybe that same day.

The lighting is the same (taken in the same place in with only natural light at the same time of day). I included footage of my actual weight readings from the scale, showing a 7lb loss. Maybe watch before responding next time brother, but I know that's a lot to ask these days!
