This is a terrific work out. I lost around 3-4kgs in 14 days, can't express my happiness. I also followed intermittent fasting all these days.Will be continuing this workout for better results 💪
@@truptithakur8852 It's intermittent fasting.Morning breakfast at 10am,lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.I made sure I to eat healthy ,consumed no or little sugar and oil/ghee.Its basically eating normally but staying away junk.

Same here! I suffer from S.A.D.D. and I live in the northern Midwest, where we start losing daylight mid-late September and don't start gaining it back until about March! I started some of these workouts in hopes that they keep my endorphins and whatnot up. I have also heard from others who suffer with depression and negative thoughts, that drinking water infused with Lemon, Cucumber, and ginger really helps them! It's also good for detoxing your gut and large/waste management organs like the liver and kidneys. And if you research what happens when those 3 things are overloaded with toxins, you'll find that depression is one of the symptoms. But do thorough research and contact a Healthcare provider before you do a detox because too much of a good thing can have some downsides. This is the first routine ever which I tried and got the motivation from here. You can even find my comment here somewhere where I updated my 2 week journey everyday. it's been 2.5 months since I started my fitness journey. I'm so proud to say that I've lost 10 kgs since then. Got down from 73kgs to 63 kgs and couldn't be happier rn, all thanks to your workouts. Everyday I push myself even more and now am focusing on building muscles instead of loosing weight. @@notyourdrug5380 yes I was, I restricted a lot though so wouldn't recommend doing what I did. Please check online for your calorie requirement to loose weight and follow that my current weight- 54kgs (19kgs down from when I started)
@@anamikakashyap059 my food habits got really bad when I started to loose weight, I restricted a lot and was on the edge of developing an ed. So dont do what I did, eat healthy, lots of protein, carbs in moderation. There are various sites online that provide calorie requirement to loose weight according to your age and height. Check your calorie requirements and strictly follow that

@@rabinapoudel1201 first of all wake up at 6 or 7 in morning. After waking run for 2 or 3 kilometers basically if your compatibility is 1 km then run atleast 2 kilometers. In day do this exercise, jn evening do indian yoga ( anulom vilom, vastika, kapalbhati, and Surya namskar ) After eating your dinner at least take one round. Bro I am only 14 but if I can do that you definitely can . Best of luck 😊😊😇🤟🤟

I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Slimmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body. I would suggest you to take such a treatment as well.

Hi! In the morning I drink 1 glass of chilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 eggs for my breakfast. For lunch and dinner nothing has changed much with the food I eat except I stopped eating rice or bread. I still eat whatever I want as long as it’s not carby food 😊
I still eat pasta though 😅 and please try to finish the workout I know it’s quite hard but you can do it! Also, I don’t drink lots of water WHILE working out. Just a sip. You will feel full when you drink lots of water before and during workout so I advice just drink right after 😊
Thank you for the easy workouts, started on 17/7/2024, starting weight is 69.2kg and target is 65kg. (I am 15 years old and 168cm tall) I hope that one day I could take off my shirt in pools and waterparks. FYI: I am doing the workouts at around 5pm, before dinner and weighting myself before the workout. I’ve been doing workouts like this for a week and I lose a lot of weight. I weigh 137 pounds and now I weigh 133. I’m slowly losing weight and improving myself. I’m close to my goal and I’m going to try to get to the rest of this week.

Starting weight 64.7kgs and my ideal weight is 50 kgs.... Day 1 :✅ drenched in sweat....didn’t really do the ski hops but it is def easier than those chloe ting ones Day 2 :✅ i skip the rest time and did almost 3/4th of the ski hops...i do mountain climbers alt so its slow and i’ll try to improve! Day 3 : ✅done Day 4 : ❌skipped due to exam Day 5 : ✅done Day 6 :✅ done, i’ve realized im eating A LOT LOT so i will start decreasing portions and meals gradually! Day 7 : ✅i’ve definitely improved in the exercises and umm about the weight i haven’t really checked but will tell soonw! Day 8 : ❌was out of station the whole day. Day 9 : ✅done Day 10 :✅done

I did this workout for 14 days twice a day and I lost 5 pounds in 14 days; i'm shocked that it works, however I didn't consume fast food, sugary food and fried food. All the best for everyone; I know it's hard but never give up.

before starting this workout today, I did a one week workout that was supposed to cut out belly fat but it did nothing for me EXCEPT give me the motivation to keep going. I wasn't able to complete that workout in one go as it didn't have breaks in between so I was always pausing and that did effect my motivation in a way. But this workout is AMAZING. Not only did I not pause the video ONCE, but I am sweaty and breathless too which means this wasn't a total bust. And the pace at which these exercises are being done is WONDERFUL. It kept me motivated throughout the length. It's only the first day for me but I am positive ill do the entire 2 weeks. my weight currently is 73kg (5"7.5 height). Will keep updating throughout the length.

Its perfect when your country is on lockdown because of cornoa. I underestimated the workout because of its simple nature. But man it takes the heck out of you to complete it. And yes results are guaranteed with planned diet and consistency.
I'm starting today(3/5/21) at 60kg(BMI: 23.7) Target weight 55kg (BMI: 21.8) Will update daily. I hope I stay consistent and motivated Day 1 : completed with difficulty. Nearly gave up Day 2 : completed Day 3 : skipped Day 4 : skipped Day 5 : completed Day 6 : completed😰 Day 7 : skipped No change in weight. I was not consistent though😅 But I will keep trying Day 8 : completed (felt easier to complete) Day 9 : skipped Day 10 : completed Day 11 : skipped Day 12 : completed Day 13 : completed x 2 Day 14 : completed Results: no change in weight. Reason may be because of inconsistency. Consistency is very important. I will start again with more determination. However, I can feel my abdomen flatten, my pants getting loose & I can fit in my old clothes again.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

Managed to lose 3 kgs, made some changes to my diet plan, replaced white rice with brown rice, for bfast having fruits and chia drink and dinner maybe wholemeal wrap or oats with fruits, it’s just working!
Real accountability challenge weight 56kg I'm taking an appetite suppressant -it's a coffee. It does suppress the appetite a bit but gives me multiple runs to the bathroom ( sorry for TMI but I want to record exactly what I'm doing to see if this works. ) Eating: I'm not really eating healthy, I mean I ate pasta today. Today is second day of my workout and started 7 day diet plan as well to lose 7 kgs. Hope both will work. Last time I was 60 kgs and in two months robrta work out I burnt 8 kgs. Now I am 52 and want to reach 45.
@@saswatidey8096 I think you are every time thinking about diet....it doesn't matter ...the above exercises are not easy....I started from two days before ....you will get huge pain on your body ...heavy sweat is coming and moreover this workout is not much easier
Day 1: it's really hard Day2: still it's hard Day3: Few exercises are easy and few are little bit difficult Day4: my legs and shoulders are paining like hell Day5: actual video length is 22:20 but it takes me 1hr to complete all exercise Day6: successfully completed and sweating all over my body I lost 1.5Kg I'm back again

Just keep going and keep exercising until you see results, @gabriellagallagher2048. You won't see these results in a quick amount of time especially if you're more on the plus side. Weight loss depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. If you're more on the plus side, it may take time to see results. As you know, excess body fats cannot be burned in a very short amount of time - it's not healthy and it's not natural either. You need to workout continuously to achieve the results you want to see. We can do this together I beilive in you remember lots of water, try to stay away from any other drinks, stay away from snack/junk foods, make sure your portion sizes and healthy, and most importantly you don't need to lose weight to be beautiful make sure you are doing this for you and no one else!
