I would argue that Kane and Undertaker situps aren't no sells, at least not the way it's usually defined. They do actually sell the moves, they go down and seem out for the count, but than rise again like a horror movie villain.
Kane is the brick wall that with stand number of punches he takes from someone who likes to give punches. “Nice soft punches you got by your hands, here my turn”
No sells make sense with Taker and Kane. Brock Lesnar makes no sells actually look believable, and cause hes a great seller in general, makes his opponents look that much better with his sells. The Samoans and their heads trope is funny to let it slide. Other than that everybody else no selling just seems awful tbh. Taz, Hogan, Goldberg, The Warrior, they really just made opponents look weak at the expense of their success.
The only times no selling is permissible: 1. When its Undertaker/Kane 2. Headbutting a samoan All other times (especially Taz and the LOD) its is stupid and should not happen
The Hogan & Road Warrior nosells really didnt make any sense but atleast Brock Lesnar & Sting (when get hit in his back like in AEW) nosells made sense.
